This was a new patient intake appointment, while I do not have any chronic illness, other issues that can affect my health are of concern and Ms. Monsef made herself available more than the allotted time to review history, available resources, and refer me to next steps in getting back onto a health maintenance routine and my physicals up to date. She showed genuine interest, empathy and understanding to someone who was a complete stranger and I greatly appreciated her kindness and friendly, supportive personality.

Vanessa Monsef combines professionalism with a friendly bedside manner. Medical knowledge alone isn't enough by itself; one must have empathy as well. Ms. Monsef has both an excellent background as well as an ability to connect with her patients on a very human level. It's the perfect combination. I'm very glad to have her as my primary care provider. I'm at ease in her presence. I'm very happy with all facets of Legacy Health to date. Thank you.

Vanessa is a fantastic health care provider who always listens to gain understanding of what I'm experiencing. She is kind and thoughtful! I feel that my health is important to her. I'm lucky to have her as my primary care provider!!!

The doctor and the nurse are excellent. The front desk staffs could use some more guidance and tips on how to deal with a hearing impaired patients a little bit better. Thank you.

My provider takes time and listens to what I have to say. She gives me options and lets me play apart in my care. I really feel comfortable seeing her.
