I always feel welcome and safe when I visit the doctors office. They treat me and my family like their family. Very kind and caring facility.

Too many medicare forms and issues. Now what used to be an annual covered visit it is a "wellness" visit with many more limits to care and focus on $$$

Dr Greig is a wonderful doctor. She is caring, considerate, and always aware of her patients needs. You won't find a more responsible Doctor any -where. She puts her patients first. I have been her patient for 28 years and she is the very best.

Dr. Greig is always kind and courteous, and listens carefully to me and my concerns. If there is any need to make a referral, she is very prompt to make that happen. I do appreciate her so very much.

Provider kindly stayed with me much longer than I expected. She was in no hurry and went over a lot of information and listened to my opinion!! Very good special treatment time. All the staff seemed extremely attentive. My only complaint would be how long the office takes to answer phones. Also while my doctor was out on family leave, I felt very nervous and upset at how the office treated my on going needs without her being present. I don't think I would continue seeing this clinic if she was no longer ever going to be there again.

I like that I am familiar with her and she seems to listen not trying to move on to the next patient - but the wait to actually see her is a very long wait . We generally see someone else in the office for more urgent needs . We would love to see her always but understand that there are many other clients

I absolutely love my care provider. I hate the wait time. I waited 35 mins in waiting room. I shouldn't have to wait 30 mins passed my scheduled time. I almost walked out.

Dr Greig is knowledgeable, compassionate encouraging. I trust her medical advice. She listens to her patients and addresses issues straight forward .Lisa the receptionist does her job with excellence gives fabulous customer service with kindness and attention to detail.

It's difficult to get in to see this provider. Appointments need to be scheduled well in advance. Definitely worth the wait for her excellent care.

I have been going to this clinic for 14-15 yrs. I have also been an ER nurse for 20 yrs. I feel like those working at the clinic and my provider treat me not just as a patient, but as a knowledgeable patient. They are always very responsive and kind to me and members of my family, who are also patients.

Your phone answering system should separate the English and Spanish so we don't have to listen to both translations for every instruction. A simple price, one or Spanish, or even press one for English would be so great instead of having to go through the whole thing twice.

I Appreciate all the care from Dr.Greig,and her team. (Jane, Daveed, receptionist) Lindsey, and Dr. Carter they know my son and I health history very well I couldn't be happier knowing that. They all have been courtesy respectful,and kind to our any given health situation..

Dr Greig and Lindsay are wonderful and make a great team. It does take a while on the phone to get to someone and I did have to wait in the waiting room and exam room for awhile. But this is due to how many patients love Dr Greig and the limited one day per week she is in Molalla. I needed a bit of TLC during this visit and both Dr and MA took their time to really listen and care for me and make sure I was ok before I left the clinic. I really appreciate their understanding, patience, and compassion.

Best doctor around. Legacy has made the office visit too clinical since taking over. Too much paper work, too much wait time. Legacy's priority shouldn't be getting people in and out, but letting our doctors keep the long term relationships we've had. Legacy should be beginning over backward to keep the doctors happy at the clinic.

Not related to this particular visit, but whenever I call the wait times are ridiculously long. It never used to be an issue until they switched to Legacy Health it totally sucks. When I call the office I want to talk to someone in the office not some random person at a call center.

Dr. Greig listened attentively as I went through my list of concerns about my health. She addressed each with thought and in depth. I was very impressed with her knowledge and the amount of time she spent in the room with me. She did not seem to be rushed and wanting/needing to be somewhere else, as is often the case with other providers I have visited in the past. She ordered blood work and contacted me through My Health with the results and follow up.
