About Me:

Practice philosophy: Do it right the first time while treating patients in a considerate and caring fashion, the way I would expect to be treated. The most important part of my job, outside of direct patient care, is to communicate effectively, developing and maintaining a sustainable physician patient relationship. Knowledge is power; I aim to empower my patients. Born and raised in Indiana, I went to DePauw University to play soccer and study chemistry. I chose Case Western Reserve University for medical school because of its unique educational style. I developed a fascination with anatomy/physiology that led to interest in surgical specialties and a surgical internship at University Hospitals. A diagnostic imaging residency melded my early surgical and patient care skills with technologic advances in minimally invasive procedures. I did fellowship training at OHSU’s Dotter Interventional Institute. Our Tualatin practice has evolved to become Interventional & Vascular Consultants
