About Me:

Karen Archabald, MD received her medical degree and MFM Fellowship from Yale University School of Medicine and completed her OB-GYN residency at Women and Infants Hospital of Rhode Island/Brown University. Dr. Archabald is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and by virtue of her recent fellowship graduation is Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Before her medical training, Dr. Archabald served in the Peace Corps in Uganda and has returned to Africa to assist in training African obstetricians. She is committed to providing care to the underserved and enjoys working with the ethnic and socioeconomic diversity of patients at Legacy. Her goal is to guide women through their complicated pregnancies with grace and understanding. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, hiking, and doing yoga.
