About Me:

Dr. Tse received her medical degree from Mt. Sinai School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency at the University of Rochester, Strong Memorial Hospital. Dr. Tse is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, and currently focuses on the care of adults. In addition to her Primary Care practice, she is also the Medical Director of the Medical Home program at Legacy Health, which promotes the delivery of excellent Primary Care across all Legacy clinics. As such, she is very interested in screening, prevention, chronic disease management, and vaccination. She believes that a respectful partnership between patient and physician based on shared medical-decision-making is the foundation of good health. Dr. Tse also loves teaching and contributes to the Internal Medicine residency training program at Legacy. Outside of the office, Dr. Tse enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband and children.
