Where to park:
Free valet parking is available for all appointments at the main entrance of the hospital on N.W. 22nd Ave., between N.W. Lovejoy and N.W. Marshall streets. You can also self-park in one of the three parking garages attached to the hospital. Ask for parking validation when you check-in for your appointment.

If you are a new patient, please read our welcome letter with information about how your health history, making appointments and office hours. When you make your first appointment, you may be asked to fill out the patient forms below and bring them to your first appointment.

Our specialties
Breast cancer
Our team of experienced, board-certified female surgeons specializing in breast surgery is led by nationally known surgeon Nathalie Johnson, MD, FACS, who is also the medical director of Legacy Cancer Institute. Her partners are Jennifer Garreau, MD, Alivia Cetas, MD, Cory Donovan, MD, Christina Lee, MD, and Jennifer Zakhireh, MD. The clinic staff supporting this team is specially trained to provide every patient with an extra measure of support and assistance throughout the course of care.

Skin cancer (melanoma)
Jennifer Garreau, MD, leads our skin cancer (melanoma) program. She has conducted nationally recognized melanoma research, earning the prestigious ASCO Cancer Foundation merit award in 2009 for her contribution to the field.
