Legacy Salmon Creek Pain Clinic will close on March 20, 2026. We will continue to care for our patients through virtual care or at our at Legacy Good Samaritan Pain Center location. We are working with our primary care partners in SW Washington to continue some pain services in the region. Please reach out to the clinic with questions.

Medicare patients, please note: Some of our clinics are considered "hospital-based" because they share the same licensure with a Legacy hospital. The services or procedures you receive at Legacy's hospital-based clinics may include a facility charge in addition to a physician charge.
