We are currently offering live webinar-based classes along with e-classes for childbirth, newborn care, and breast/chest feeding basics.
Which option is right for you?
We are now offering a webinar-based childbirth education experience! We want to help you build confidence for the big day so you feel prepared. Our online class is facilitated by Legacy Health educators, offering instructive videos, animations, and discussions. Learn what to expect during labor, birth and immediately postpartum and ask questions along the way. Now available in two formats.
3-week series:
Class meets for three consecutive weeks; class is two hours each week
One Day Saturday Seminar:
Class meets for a one-day Saturday webinar; breaks and one-hour lunch break provided
Newborn Essentials and Breast/Chest Feeding Basics - webinar
Learn the basics of newborn care and breast/chest feeding in this condensed online class.
Legacy Family Birth Center - webinar Q&A
Join us for an overview of Legacy's Family Birth Center's and ask questions along the way! Be sure to watch our virtual tours for the location you plan to give birth.
Baby and Me - group
New parents and babies 0–6 months are welcome to join us to share stories and ask questions. We provide a safe space for diaper changing, infant feeding and everything in between. Masks are required for all adults who attend the group. All Baby and Me sessions are free. No need to register — drop-in when you can!

E-classes
Legacy offers self-learning options for online childbirth, breastfeeding and mother and baby care classes. Trusted education, your way. Learn essential information when, where, and how you prefer from a mobile device, tablet, or personal computer.
Understanding Your Multiples:
Expecting more than one baby? In this E-class, you’ll learn all about the pregnancy and birth process for multiples, ways to prep your family and home, strategies for bed rest, options for birth, delivering in the operating room, NICU stays, and how to breastfeed more than one baby with evidence-based tips from experts. It takes about 4 to 6 hours to complete the class.
Family Birth Centers - virtual tours
Each Legacy Health medical center has a Family Birth Center for you and your family. A cozy, home-like atmosphere with access to advanced technology, if ever needed.
