Legacy Rehabilitation Institute (RIO) of Oregon offers the largest inpatient rehabilitation program for patients recovering from strokes, spine injuries, brain injuries and brain tumors. RIO also offers the only program for patients using a ventilator. All of our doctors are board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. All of our nurses are certified in rehabilitation nursing care for patients around the clock.
