Fraley is actually the best physician and pulmonologist in and out of the hospital. The rest fail in so many ways to include errors that almost cost people their life. Fraley and his team always care about you as a person not just a patient number. He also gives you the real world picture not what someone wants you to believe good or bad. He is the only one I can count on to help keep me healthy.

Receptionist did not acknowledge me, two times, when I was standing at the window. Not particularly friendly either.

It was a very pleasant medical visit and everyone was very respectful. The pulmonary specialist was very knowledgeable and kind, and explained things clearly. I really appreciated her expertise and the medicine she prescribed has helped most of the issues I was having. Along with my PCP at Mountain View Family Clinic who has done a lot to get me In to see the right specialists (they are located in Legacy Mount Hood and are a great model for helping those in need!), I have the best care team possible at Legacy, I think!

Dr.Taven is a wonderful doctor and a very understanding person. He brings comfort and makes sure that I understand all the information that he gives me in our visits. And if I have any questions after the visit I know that I can contact him via MyChart and get the answers to any questions that I have.

I have had only the best care from this provider for 3 years. Before my first visit I was experiencing serious pulmonary difficulties which prompted my PCP at the time to recommend a pulmonary care physician. I was given the "proper instruction" for the use of my prescribed inhaling medication and heart and lung functionsImproved immediately. PA Duong really turned things around for me.

The receptionists at the check in window sat there and looked at each other waiting for the other one to help acting like they don't see you and you are not standing there for help. My provider was a very well informed doctor and made me feel that he was there for me and my medical condition would recommend this provider for all with the condition I have!

Dr Fraley is the only pulmonary Dr that has explained my issues in detail and answer my questions. So that I have a plan going forward and only want Dr F to be providing my care as Pulmonologist.

He listened to my concerns, clarified his understanding of what I was asking about, gave helpful analysis, and discussed options, while engaging with my input into the plan. I left the appointment with a clear cut plan for my care. The office staff was kind and efficient. They all make for a good medical team!

All good I was in there to see if my pneumonia had cleared up and it looks like it did the doctor showed me all the x-rays and explain the areas of concern so now I need to focus on the other condition which is my heart.

All my experiences with Legacy providers has been good. No complaints.

The registration process was a bit cumbersome as I completed redundant health information both on the paper copy I was sent as well as the web based e-check in. Not a reflection on the person who checked me in just seemed odd to answer very similar health questionnaires for the same visit. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and personable.

Dr. Fraley explained and showed us Pet Scan and explained how it would be a great risk to proceed with biopsy. With patient age and dementia it would not behoove my son and I to continue with biopsy.

Dr Fraley is a very intelligent and kind doctor. I have gone through hard times with my lungs with lupus and he has helped me become stable. Now I have cancer and he has been watching me closely to be sure my lungs are ok now with the lupus and the cancer. It puts my mind at ease knowing I have him looking out for my health too. Great doctor!

I had to change Doctors. Because due to my Insurance Health. I was waiting for appt. It wasn't too long. Now, I have to wait for my 1st doctor to send the records to the Doctor. I finally put all the phone numbers in my contacts.

As employee of Legacy the Broadspire co. Has paperwork for all physicians to fill out. It's a lot to ask the doctors to do when they have more than 1 office and as a patient it's a lot for me to do after being sick to chase down a dr. To fill out forms! That is so unfair!
