Very glad to meet my excellent new PCP, Dr. K, but I had to wait four months for the first meeting, even though my mysterious condition was very uncomfortable.

Dr. Dempster always listens attentively, and seriously considers my input. And has always fulfilled my requests. She never acts rushed (to see the next pt.) She always remembers the details of my health hx and even things about me personally. I had not seen her in several years, but she mentioned that she had been following my healthcare events during that time away.

I have been a patient of Dr K for years but the time is limited to a rote checking of boxes rather than any personal conversation. When I brought up a concern of my memory he wanted to brush it off but I didn't let him which he found annoying but relented and gave me a test that took about 10 minutes. I've just had major dental procedure which he knew about but never asked. I have a small fresh wound on my lower leg which he saw and did not ask about. I'm sorry to write such a negative review, but this has been my feeling for sometime and I'm going to try to find a Doctor Who might be a little more responsive to an older patient. Provider Beers went above and beyond. I highly recommend this provider. My concerns is I wish the nursing staff was consistent. It appears everyone time I come to the office there's usually/always a new staff member. Are nursing staff being care for by Legacy Medical Group? A team is all those who participate in my care. There is no "I" in team.

I look forward to seeing Dr K. He is always up to date on what l need and is fun to talk with.

Kind, compassionate intelligent care

Doug Beers, MD is a model of excellent and compassionate care. I am a retired mental health/addictions counselor and Doug has more common sense in those topics than many who work in mental health/addictions field. I have never had a bad experience with Doug and I have been his patient since at least 1987. I enjoy our digressions in discussion of standard of care, neurology etc.

Dr. Yeggy listens to her patients. She is very professional and addresses all my concerns. I get all my questions answered before leaving the clinic, she is awesome!!!!

I always take the opportunity to listen and be heard, but somehow: I manage to talk his socks off, regardless. He is the best PCP in the north, south, east and west.

Had to go though a aTSA style security check to get into the appointment also had to go through a gated parking structure that had no info about what you do with the ticket at the gate, do you take it in to a validation or do you put it on your dash? When I tried to get out of the parking structure the gate would not let me out. It said I had to pay a parking fee , had to Waite about 3 minutes before attendant responded with people waiting behind me. Also coming down Stanton st to get to my appointment people would not get out of the way so I took another street in . It's ironic that I have a brilliant doctor taking care of me but I don't feel safe getting there.i took the time to respond to your survey I would appreciate a conversation with someone about my concerns Bob Heslop 503 806 9598 if I get no call or response will consider another doctor or clinic , balls in your court, please respond.

(Since Jane has dementia/Alzheimer's, Mary Jane Irwin, Jane's roommate, is answering this part.) We were delighted to get the emergency appointment with Dr Beers. He corrected a (seeming) misdiagnosis given a couple of days previous at a clinic. His correction, along with understandable explanation of the new diagnosis and reason for the replacement medication made Dr Beers our hero! His citing of relevant literature pertinent to his diagnosis (including citing of appropriate medication for the said diagnosis) continue to be appreciated and keep him in this writer's "stellar" column. Your Lab technicians took 4 try's at blood draw. The first contractor was unable to locate the vein. The second contractor missed it twice and after that the pain and bruise lasted for and hour. In this process, I ask these people "do you know what your doing?"

I love my dr.yeggy I been with her 30 something years

I had a hard time hearing the medical assistant who did my BP etc. I am deaf with cochlear implants, and she would not take her mask down so that I could lip read or wear a clear mask. Also my BP was wildly inaccurate. Part of my visit was about hypertension. I had brought my own BP device in for checking, which was accurate. Dr. Y retook my BP which matched my device.

Notably, I also had a very helpful conversation with Julie Martin regarding my Medicare advantage insurance and making a potential change in companies. She was very helpful!

Dr Dempster is the best.

Simply put, Julie Yeggy is the BEST doctor we have ever had. She is very knowledgeable and up to date, efficient, thorough, kind, a good listener, and on top of all that she is friendly, and she has a sense of humor! She even asks about our family for whom she is also PCP. I always feel better simply for having seen her.

(He doesn't take new clients.) Dr Beers has taught me how to take care of myself and manage my constellation of health challenges, so my latest visit was to confirm a diagnosis for an extreme health event. I have very poor lower leg circulation, DVT events, veinous stasis, etc. During the ice storm I had two large, very painful subdural hematomas and massive swelling on my right leg. Reluctant to visit the emergency room because of my likely mortality from exposure to patients with active respiratory illnesses, I treated myself at home as I had for DVT, elevated leg, compression hose, rest and moderate exercise. Dr Beers told me that I had done exactly what he would have recommended that I do. In 23 years in his care, he, the absolute best physician possible, has saved my life, educated me and partnered with me in balancing the multiple health challenges in my life. The fact that I am able to enjoy my poor health happily is a testament to his level of care!

The building and room were cold. I needed a sheet to wrap around my shoulders and was given help by an assistant.

Dr Beer is definitely the best Doctor I've ever had.

I have a repetitive 28 day cadence prescription for 5 mg oxycodone. My pharmacy constantly tells me they have staffing issues. Having scripts loaded into pharmacy for 3 months at a time has eliminated my pharmacy's excuse for poor staffing. This medication has tremendous impact on my quality of life due to a lumbar compression fracture and associated pain.

Dr. Beers is the gold standard of an internal medicine physician. I had the pleasure of working with his patients (as an ICU nurse) before meeting him, and going to him as a patient. He treats all his patients, regardless of their ethnicity, income, social status, orientation or diagnosis with utmost respect and dignity. His enthusiasm for listening and working with his patients is obvious. He is current on skills and knowledge and has made helpful referrals. I truly feel I can discuss any problem with him, no matter how private or embarrassing. He is the finest physician I have ever known, in over 3 decades as an ICU nurse.

Dr. Beers is exceptional in explaining what the problems are or could be, what the latest research is, and factoring in my own observations into his analysis. I always learn something important.

The office never returned my calls...I left my number three times. Dr. Gibb's office did call me to confirm the appointment.

The front desk the gentleman I was told to see to help schedule my follow up was not friendly and a little rude. Not sure if he was having a bad day but it was just his attitude in not wanting to be bothered with helping me schedule the follow up. Other then that my visit was great.

I travel 70 miles round trip to see my provider...because I am so pleased with my care with her at this office. I would drive however far to maintain this relationship.

I'm in a wheelchair. Stack of chairs in front of check in window. MA didn't help clear a path to go back to a room. Got stuck in the restroom due to sticky lock and my poor grip. Restroom and lobby have most of the lights burned out.

I was able to get a cancelled appointment to see Doctor Beers the same day I called. It was for rapid growth of a growth on my scalp that I was becoming concerned about. Dr Beers took time to discuss this and a lot of discussion about my overall health.

Physician is more interested in prescribing pharmaceuticals based on a single number in my lipids test, rather than discussing the complex results of the panel in detail to determine proper course of treatment, if any. The only thing that matters Is a statistical calculation of risk based on age and one number in the results. Not the interaction between the panel tests. Not nutrition. Not health history. Not the fact that my lipid results clearly show no need for statins. Also, we are always hurried in our appointments. For this annual physical, I had no more than 15 minutes with the physician. I intend to leave this practice.

Dr.K is amazing! He is data driven, and takes copious notes for me to review in MyHealth. He motivates me to make change, and keep data pertaining to my health.
