The waiting time with no updates once I was brought to the exam room was very long, the appointment itself ran longer than the initial statement and it felt both too long and also rushed at the same time.

The visit was exceptionally smooth! Stephen did a fantastic job explaining everything and he was easy to communicate with. He was friendly and left a great impression. I am hoping I'll see him again.

I have been seen Stephen for the last year and a half for knee surgeries, and both have been excellent. Stephen is incredibly competent and kind and funny, and it was a pleasure working with him.
