About Me:

I chose to become a physical therapist because I find great joy in building relationships, in continual learning, and living a healthy lifestyle. After over 20 years in the profession I have learned that achieving optimal health is just as much a product of one’s physical constitution as the environment in which they live in. Compassionate listening has helped me better understanding this delicate balance. Creating an environment where teamwork is front and center of the healing process, has been instrumental in my ability to deliver expert care in a meaningful and engaging way. Together, my patients and I select care strategies that are realistic and complementary to their needs and preferences. I believe great things are achieved when we listen with intention, share knowledge and collaborate. This is what I bring to the table when I care for my patients, when I mentor students, and when I help my colleagues treat complex neurologic and vestibular conditions.
