Superb visit - He introduced himself on a first name basis and the overall contact was as good as I've ever experienced. Extremely pleased with his understanding and lack of condescension, which some MDs show.

I submitted a question online and within 3 hours, I got a call back. Then, the provider was able to get me in the next day. I was like WOW! The person that called me was super nice and chipper, The receptionist was friendly and when I came out, she saw that I had a question and she acknowledged me right away. The provider was engaging in our conversation and asked my thoughts on my condition and if Rx was working. As I answered, he then provided current option and an additional option. He also understood the challenges that I could possibly face at the pharmacy and gave me the option of calling back to have him update the Rx, if needed.
