Initial visit to Dr M Cheng. He was thorough in his exam and explained what and why he was using his instruments. He gave me time to thoroughly explain my symptoms and was kind. He ordered some follow-up testing to be done. I was able to make my next appointment before I left the office. I felt I was heard, not rushed, given opportunities to explain my symptoms and treated well.
