Dr. Voge was wonderful. I feel nervous meeting new providers because of prior experiences. She was kind, listened to all of my concerns, and answered all of my questions. I loved how willing she was to individualize care instead of wanting a one-size-fits-all approach and I have already recommended her to friends.

I never imagined my pregnancy care would be this good. I have been impressed and thankful each time I come in. I've seen many of the OBs, nurses and clinic staff and they are all the best.

Dr. Voge is the best. I have recommended her to multiple friends. She never makes me feel like she's in a hurry, and is always willing to sit and discuss the issues I have until I have no further questions. She gives good advice. It feels like she genuinely cares. She also remembers personal details about my life and kids which is a nice bonus.

Dr. Voge has been the most caring, relatable, down to Earth doctor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She explains all things medical in ways I can understand, is compassionate and answers all my questions. Every dr. should be like Dr. Voge, she cares about her patients. And I feel lucky to be going through pregnancy with her as my doctor 10/10.

I went to Kaiser due to health insurance reasons for a couple years, and I worked with them on the same problems I saw Dr. Voge about. In less than 20 minutes, she engaged with me, explained the problem and recommended care based on my kaiser records and testing in a more informative, respectful and productive way than 3 years with Kaiser. I already feel we've made more progress on the issue, I'm hopeful and I came away feeling acknowledged which is far more than I can say about my Kaiser care.

The front desk was understaffed and as a result I could not make a deposit payment for my upcoming surgery. I was given the business office ph# to call, but they could not take a deposit; I was then directed to call pre-registration. Pre-registration could not take a deposit either. I've both sent a message through the MyHealth website regarding this deposit and also left a voicemail at the office and have not heard back. It is very hard to reach someone at this office. Long hold times on the phone and poor response on MyHealth (over three business days for a response).

Definitely not happy with the "Chaperone" policy, which I understand becomes law July 2023. Who came up with this ill-conceived idea? I am an adult woman who has seen both male and female gynecologists for 50 years and I've seen them alone, without chaperones. I do not need or want a chaperone in the room. I know full well what transpires during gyno exams. Come July, I will be forced to have someone else in the room; someone with whom I have no relationship; someone to spectate as the doctor inserts a speculum or does a breast exam. That is supposed to make me feel safe? More comfortable? It does neither. I appreciated Dr. Voge coming into the exam room alone and giving us time to talk privately. She accepted my desire to not have a chaperone. Sometimes things come up during an exam that warrant discussion. Going forward, though, having a chaperone in the room will make me feel less comfortable talking openly with the doctor. Why put more barriers up for open communication with healthcare providers? For patients who want a chaperone, fine. Let them have that choice. Let those of us who don't need or want a chaperone have our choice, our privacy. To whom and where can I complain about this soon-to-be law?
