About Me:

Jen grew up in Orlando, Florida, where she began her nursing career. She worked in Labor & Delivery for 10 years, during which she obtained her bachelor’s in nursing from UCF. She fulfilled her dream to become a Nurse Midwife in 2007 when she graduated from the University of Florida with a master’s in nursing and became certified in Nurse Midwifery. Her focus is educating and enabling her patients to be participants in decisions about their health care. She feels especially privileged to be with families during pregnancy and childbirth. She spends her spare time exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband and daughters.

Jen Ivy is the best! She knows what I'm going to ask before I even ask. She truly cares and it shows!

I've never seen a midwife before, she's not my normal OB but my OB wasn't avail when I needed to reschedule so it's fine. MyChart visit summer could fit on a post it, there was nothing really there but maybe because she not a DR, I really don't know. Or maybe it's because my visit was 15minutes and was seen about 15 min later than expected. Again, I'm not sure and don't know what to expect.
