About Me:

Dr. Jamie Skreen was born in a small town outside of Cleveland, Ohio and is a graduate of the Ohio State University. She obtained her medical degree at A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona, where she spent most of her clinical training in Portland, Oregon. Her residency was at Providence Oregon Family Medicine Residency in Milwaukie, Oregon. Dr. Skreen is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Physicians. She enjoys spending time getting to know her patients and listening to any and all concerns. She sees patients of all ages and medical complexities. Dr. Skreen enjoys spending time with her husband and their 2 young children. She enjoys snowboarding, playing piano, hiking, and camping.

Communicates quickly via MyHealth. Very thorough exam that led to tests and prescribed medications. Dr Skreen is very caring and highly skilled. She never rushes me out.

She will be considered my "primary care"physician going forward.I was so pleased with her and our initial meeting, she is very caring and welcoming. She put me at ease immediately. This was an introductory visit to a new primary physician, scheduled a few months in advance. I would have preferred a shorter wait, but was not actually inconvenienced by the Interval between request and appointment. It was a good Introductory visit. The doctor's summary of the visit showed that she had listened carefully to my concerns and to my answers to her questions. Her responses were relevant and helpful. I am confident that I can work with her In the future. (I am 82 years old, in good health and pay close attention to my diet and exercise.)

This was my first visit with Dr Skreen so she was just learning about my health issues and what I have been going through but I felt she was very attentive and caring and really wants to help me find solutions for the issues I have been dealing with. I appreciated the time she took with me and that she was thoughtful and thorough with her questions so that she can best understand and discover what I have been experiencing so that she can get to the bottom and hopefully find the right treatment that will help me and be well tolerated. I was encouraged by the course of action that she outlined for me and am hopeful that we can move forward to a place where the state of my health will be better. Although I have only seen her once, I had a very positive experience and would recommend her to others.

Nothing bad, Dr. Skreen was very easy to talk to and was very helpful. I suggested to my husband that he should see her also and he has made an appointment to see her.

Dr. Skreen was excellent. This was a first appointment for my daughter who has Down Syndrome and is non-verbal. Communication in these situations is a little bit awkward, but Dr. Skreen understood and was respectful. She seemed more pro-active than our former doctor. For instance, she gave a referral for eye testing, without my requesting it, and that was also the place I was interested in learning more about.
