Hannah Chin respects the capabilities and strength of all bodies. As a midwife, she educates patients so they can make informed choices and achieve their best health. She builds deep partnerships with individuals and supports them throughout life’s different stages. Her favorite part of being a provider is sharing in her patients’ most joyful and challenging moments. Hannah is honored to support people through pregnancy and birth and has a particular passion for providing well-person care. She enjoys helping individuals make informed choices about contraception and long-term family planning.
