This provider is new to me. My original cardiologist moved to another state and Dr. Cheng became my Dr. Dr. Cheng has a different way to treat my condition. I don't feel he has given me any direction.

The reason I would not recommend Dr. Cheng is because he can't perform ablations in WA. Dr. Cheng put the stethoscope on the left side of my left breast & I thought that was odd. What could he hear? I don't recall other providers doing that. Largely the visit was enjoyable & I laughed a lot.

Doctor Cheng was absolutely wonderful during this visit. I had many questions regarding my previous ablation procedure and the results of the Holter monitoring I had just completed. Dr. Cheng listened to each and every one of my questions and concerns patiently and throughly went one by one with complete answers that were easy to understand. He also took the time to pull up information on the computer and explain what he was showing me. All of my questions and concerns were answered 100%. Dr. Cheng also ordered lab work done that day since it had been several months ago these had been done. Dr. Cheng is very compassionate, takes the time to listen and answer questions. By the end of my visit I was elated with the decision he made regarding the further treatment of my Afib. I highly recommend him.

All the medical providers I have seen at this and previous visit were lovely, prompt, an competent. The front desk staff has consistently been a disaster. They can't make appointments until the schedule opens up, and then all slots are taken within a few hours for the next 3 months. They have also never successfully relayed a message to my provider. I use myhealth on the web exclusively now.

Both nurse Pam and Dr. Cheng were calm, collected, and smoothly organized. They got the job done efficiently and with courtesy and friendliness toward me. No time wasted, but without making me feel rushed.
