Dr. David Bloom offers expert ear, nose, and throat care that improves the lives of patients of all ages. He works closely with individuals to develop holistic solutions that address their medical diagnosis and meet their unique needs. He believes that good communication is key to ensuring patients have a positive experience and can heal well. Trained in pediatric otolaryngology, Dr. Bloom enjoys caring for children. He has a special interest in the treatment of ankyloglossia (tongue tie), and has published multiple articles on the subject. He has also completed training in managing and treating allergic conditions.

Training: Dr. Bloom earned a bachelor of science in biology at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. He earned a doctor of medicine at Mayo Medical School in Rochester, Minnesota. He completed an internship in general surgery and a residency in otolaryngology at Naval Medical Center San Diego in California. From there, he finished a fellowship in pediatric otolaryngology at Seattle Children’s Hospital & Regional Medical Center, which is affiliated with the University of Washington. He went on to complete a facial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at the Larrabee Center for Plastic Surgery in Seattle, Washington. He is board certified in otolaryngology.
