Dr.Siu definitely "gets" my husband and understands how to help him understand the importance of changing old habits which aren't in his best interest for New habits to stimulate better brain function and slow memory loss whenever possible. Her ' tonic' lasts for about a week and I wish I could bottle it for an every day boost at home!!!! I (his wife) REALLY appreciate her intuitive suggestions and helpful hints!!!!

I like every thing about this Raleigh Hills. Clinic It just has a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff does not seem stressed or rushed. Our medical needs have been carefully and thoroughly addressed. In April when my husband had some emergency issues people at the clinic got him the attention he needed right away. Dr Siu's referrals have been accessible and very helpful. Dr Siu is the best primary doctor I have had in Oregon (24 years)

Multiple nurses at this clinic have been quite rude when we contacted them to ask additional questions. And multiple times we asked that family have a moment with the doctor during the visit, while the nurse took patient out for test so family could ask tough questions about patients dementia diagnosis while being sensitive to the patients feelings of being the topic of discussion.. We were assured we would by the nurses, and we werent.. Two diff office visits we asked for this, assured it would happen. It did not.. No explanation from staff

Although I had to wait over a year to get in to see Dr. Siu, the wait was well worth it!! Not only was she highly informed about my medical needs and background, but she was extremely personable in our discussion and very knowledgeable. No wonder she has a high level rating! I am thrilled that she is going to be my primary doctor.

Just so pleased with Dr Siu. The visit gave me a lot of support regarding my role as caregiver to my husband with Dementia. She also gave me expert advice on a current painful problem I am having.

My concern is the negotiation with Legacy and Regency. I would be devastated to have to give up Dr Sui who is the best internest I've had in years.

All excellent. It is very important to make My Health very very easy to use for senior patients. We are not electronically savey,, and the information we seek is so important. Should not be a source of frustration for us. This should be easy for us to navigate. Thank you

Dr. Sui is very easy to talk with. My issue is that I came with relative whom I love ( DIL) , but it was hard to express my feelings. I expect to return to Dr Sui, but by myself. I realize it's difficult to openly talk about things I'm not comfortable with. Lesson learned!

Dr. Sui is the first female doctor I've had in my life and quite frankly I'll never have another doctor. She is caring, thorough and makes sound medical decisions. I hope she stays in the network for years to come.

Only issue I have is that this provider can not become my wife's PCP. We need someone with this provider's qualifications and training for my wife's PCP.
