Major ongoing problems dealing with getting an appointment for a CT chest scan Dr. Narichania ordered. A lot of it has to do with Imaging not being able to contact his office. When I call, most of the time, they don't answer and will call back. That takes a very long time. Dr. N's office told me yesterday when I was there that the revised order had been sent. This morning Imaging told me again there was still a problem and they will call me back. That was 3 hours ago. This has been going on for 3 days.

This comment is about doctors talking to each other first before they recommend a treatment. They should discuss the overall plan and steps before they meet with patient. That way there would be better coordination

Dr. Narichania is a fine, and sensitive doctor, who specializes in electrical issues of the heart. He was & did a very fine job on my needs, and was very kind.
