We offer deep experience with our board-certified heart failure doctor, as well as a specialized heart failure medical team. Our social worker can help you when medications become too expensive. The heart failure team is committed to you for the long term, to keep you living a healthy life.
At each of our medical centers, we have registered heart failure nurses, trained extensively in heart failure management and treatment. They provide education and support for you while you are in the hospital to help you better manage your condition. We emphasize this educational support because we know how profoundly heart failure can affect both you and your family.
