Dr, Dempster is a compassionate, intelligent physician and I feel fortunate to be under his care.
I always have a good experience here.
I had a wonderful visit with my Dr. He is very good
Dr. Ginoccio was extremely knowledgeable of my health background & current conditions, etc. He was attentive, made suggestions and prescribed a new med for me. He asked me pertinent questions as well as listened to mine. I'm glad I met him and have him for my new neurologist. His staff was also very courteous and helpful.
Dr. Ginnochio was great. He was focused, tested some of my abilities, and explained them .
I really like this doctor. Great personality, good listening skills, prompt with answering questions thoroughly. It was all-in-all a good meeting.
Very pleasant and responsive to my questions
Dr. Dempster was easy to talk to & gave us information that was current to our handicapped son's condition. We appreciated that Dr. Dempster was well prepared & had read all the information about our son. Thank you!!!
Dr. Ginnochio and his assistant were excellent and spent a lot of time listening to my concerns
Even though it took six months and very frustrating to get an appointment and even to have someone call me back, Once I finally saw the doctor all of my irritability went away. It was the most thorough and comprehensive appointment I've had in a long time. Dr. Ginoccio took the time to get to the root of my health issues. Very satisfied.
Dr. Dempster's bedside manner was greatly improved! It was nice. I don't appreciate the questions on this about gender identity or race sensitivity.
Very good
Dr. Dempster is very understanding, patient & knows what he's doing.
Dr. Dempster is incredibly rude and unprofessional the way he speaks to patients is unbelievable. He did not show me any respect or compassion. He raised his voice at me and told me I need to be tested for autism because I wasn't looking him in the eyes for the entire appointment. I would never recommend him if anything I would tell people steer clear. I will NOT see him again. Two times is 2 too many.
Doctor communicated well, listened unusually well, was open and kind toward me and expressed care for my problems and needs. He assured I was as comfortable as possible during a challenging test and discussed results with me right away. Given his specialty I hope I won't have to see him again. Given my condition I might have to. If so, I'm sure the visit will be caring, supportive, and informative.
Dr. G is very kind, attentive and thorough. He has reLly helped me through some challenges.I very much appreciate him.
The visit with the dictor was not rushed and lasted a nice ling time. I had many questions and these were answered. Uncommon now days to have a doctor slow down and take the time needed to answer my questions and ask me in depth questions. I really appreciate him.
My wife and I had great care with the whole staff! They were all great !
Dr Ginocchio is awesome
I feel as though Dr. Dempster brushes off my concerns and does not take my health conditions seriously. He has asked me more than once if I "really" have certain conditions, which causes me to have to re-explain my health history, rather than him keeping good notes.
Every time I go see Dr. Dempster he explains stuff with me so I understand my medical condition.
Dempster is awesome
Dr. John Dempster is very impressive, kind, courteous and patient. Extremely good experience.
I was surprised at how quickly I was called after checking in. And even more pleased at how quickly and attentive staff was. Dr. Didn't make me wait very long at all, and didn't act as if he were in a hurry, even though I know he had several other patients.
Both their and Angel were unbelievably kind, warm and helpful.
The provider himself is good. The support staff for scheduling and availability of appointments is poor.
All good
Dr. Ginocchio is very good at what he does. He explains things well and shows concern for my issues.
Dr. Ginocchio was extremely professional, kind, and very helpful. He explained my whole situation in a way. I could understand it. He was very thorough in his testing as well as asking me questions. I felt he understood completely. What was going on with my back and my neuropathy. He gave some helpful suggestions for me for the future, I would certainly recommend him as an excellent neurologist.
Getting an appointment was frustrating - long wait times on phone.
Over the last 57 years following a motorcycle accident, I have have been under the direct care of at lest 5 neurologists. Dr. Ginnochio is by far the most perceptive, knowledgeable and personable specialist I have encountered. He truly listens and considers all symptoms I describe. He thoughtfully adjusts treatments & meds accordingly.
All went well.
Dr Dempster is very clear and confident. I appreciate how straightforward he is. If he does not think testing is necessary he will let me know. He is very knowledgeable and kind. I think he has my best interest in mind.
He always listens carefully to any concerns I might have regarding my treatments. His skills in his field have greatly helped me in obtaining the most pain free life possible! He has helped.me in finding joy in my life's activities once again.
Dr. Dempster has helped Liam tremendous. He's respectful, very knowledgeable, and clearly cares.
Dr. G. Is excellent- however the scheduling process was painful and frustrating. Plus the Myhealth app is useless for requesting an appointment with Dr.G.
Excellent, covered all my questions and concerns.
I can easily establish rapport with this physician
I felt the doctor justified my illness by including my age and up to 90 years of age of your body will break down as we age. I was greatly upset. Even more upset when my medical record for my appointment says I could walk only a few steps, but I never was asked to get out of my wheelchair to show him I could take steps when using a walker or a bar like I do in physical therapy. I felt I was written off as no hope of me walking again. I want to get a second opinion. This is my second visit with this doctor and he made my confidence I had that I would walk be deflated how he told me I would never walk as normal as I did before. Everyone has told me to still keep positive and how much I have improved since my illness started six months ago. So I'm still going to keep positive and keep my confidence up and work real hard with my physical therapist to walk again.
Good visit.
Chris Ginocchio is my most favorite doctor.
Dr. Dempster listens to my concerns and I really appreciate how he explains my medical condition.
Have none.
Took multiple phone calls to get an appointment in a more timely manner after informing staff of unexpected increasing symptoms.
He's a excellent doc
Dr. Dempster is great. Listens well and address es questions completely and in laymen's terms
I love the attention that Dr. Ginocchio paid to my concern and his excellent explanations of everything.
Having moved 26 times during my lifetime and engaged with many many physicians, I would say Christopher Ginocchio is among the top five physicians I have known. His medical knowledge is vast. His inpatient doctor to patient examining room demeanor is excellent. His overall presence is far superior to other physicians I have seen over my lifetime. I am 77 years old and counting. Christopher Ginocchio makes me feel comfortable, and willing to discuss my medical problems without hesitation. He has a marvelous sense of humor. His directness and "cut to the chase" discussion with me about my neurological situation puts me at ease. I like to be "told the truth" and not left trying to figure what was said to me. I consider Christopher Ginocchio a friend as well as my neurologist. I cannot praise him enough other to say than if my adult children needed neurological care and advice I would tell them to see him. Jeanne Ferguson PS Lex in Dr. Ginocchio's front office is great! What a delightful young man.
The only complaint I have is when I received a call back from the scheduler. I almost hung-up because I thought it was a junk call. I did not recognize the number and the first words from the person were "how are you?". The second was "so when would you like to come in?" (Or something similar to that question.). The person may have assumed I had the phone number on my phone so I would know that it was from Legacy. But my phone did not recognize the number. The scheduler was very friendly but needs to be cognicent of professionalism.
I highly recommend Dr Dempster and the staff are very helpful.
Very personable. Dr Ginocchio explained my issue using a real skull, his anatomy text book, and showed my images of my MRI. Very very helpful. Excellent dr
Scheduling was way out for this appointment, which was impacted by lab work requirement. The Dr never discussed my lab results that's really frustrating, because they asked for them! This also was why my appointment was deferred, so if you're not going to use them then just meet with me he was friendly and thorough, so I didnt put down low scores, but this was one thing. It is really frustrating that I've been seeing neurologists from this office for 15+ years and now my EEG diagnosis has changed?? So, multiple neurologists from the same office have Interpreted the results incorrectly/differently for 20 years, since my initial diagnosis. This is not his failure, I appreciate his evaluation, but an entire office for 15+ years interpreting results differently is wild. The delays will now likely result in extra costs to my family due to deductible. This is unfortunate.
Doctor treated me as a case, not as a person.Ireceived the information that I needed (dosage of a mediction}
Bruce looks forward to his visit with Dr. Ginocchio always. It's like a need that Bruce appreciates.
Knowledgeable caring listening skills and personable!
I have always had a good experience with Dr. Ginocchio and his staff.
I always look forward to my appointments with Dr. Dempster.
