Brooke Elliott has been our primary caregiver 5 years. She is Always available in person or through MyChart! We couldn't be more pleased with her services and concerns for our wellbeing.

I could not book a routine check-up / physical using MyChart. I had to call the office which in the year 2024 was pretty lame. Dr. Roberts was professional and courteous.

Provider lacks in communication. She didn't seem interested in what I was doing to fix the medical problem I had. She was more interested in telling me how to fix it without being willing to find out where I was in the process. If you don't know and you don't litsen to where I am in the process than how can you advise me in what to do or what not to do. I think that having the courtesy to litsen is key. She lack that courtesy and empathy.

Overall good experience. Me and my husbands appointments accidentally got added together due to the office having to reschedule. Dr made a comment about how she doesn't do it and in the future we couldn't schedule appointments like that which wasn't our doing. Appointments were supposed to be separate. But since our apointments got pushed together we were unable to go through all information. Mostly due to scheduling errors. Did feel she was understanding of the issues we were able to cover during the appointment and pointed me in a direction that other providers have not and i'm very grateful to start my healing journey

Dr bowden does not physically examine you even though he falsifies the record to Include notes about a physical exam. He doesn't put hands on you at all. Zero physical contact. He also forgets previous encounters and when you mention things have been ongoing and we're discussed in previous appointments, he argues and tells you that he did not discuss those previous concerns with you and still ignores them.

Staff were all very kind and patient even though there had been a major computer glitch that day affecting all of the systems. They worked through and still were on time and were attentive.

Didn't waste any time, got down to business. Very genial visit.

Best doctor I have ever had.

My only concern was that I come from a generation where you have a family doctor, but you really didn't go unless you were dead, dying or bleeding! Life has a way of sliding away quickly, especially when you're dealing with other problems in your life finding out that just because I hadn't been into the doctor for a little over three years that I had to start over and that wasn't at that point in time Taking new patients was a shock getting through to him to arrange this appointment was really tough. It was like the office staff didn't care. They didn't follow up unless I bugged them so yeah, that kind of bothered me.

I had run out of a prescription and the first receptionist I talked with was rude and gave me false information. I tried to schedule an appointment at this time and she declined to make one saying I needed to call the rx holiness. I then made an appointment online, very easily but was immediately called back by the office saying that time would not work. The receptionist made me another appointment for the same day so it worked out.

I was very good interaction altogether.

Surprised a more thorough physical exam isn't done for a wellness visit

This provider obviously continues to educate herself by reading up to date medical material so I have a high degree of trust in her opinion. As well she authentically listens to me and is flexible when we discuss what I want to do in response to a situation.

As always my primary provider is outstanding. The weak link in service is the My Health Care web site.

This was an annual check up. Stethoscope was put in one location on my back. That was the exam. Nothing else was looked at other than MA taking. BP.

Dr. Bowden had information from my blood work and went over each item with me from the tests and helped me determine what issues needed to be dealt with. He was very patient with me and explained why he thought I should start some medications.

Notes on appointment never were entered in MyChart. Referrals discussed were not made.

The doctor ordered my usual lab/blood work as part of my annual physical. My insurance covers 100% of preventative care including lab and bloodwork. Evidently Legacy now utilizes LabCorfor the bloodwork as it is not owned by Legacy anymore. LabCor. LabCor billed me $21+ dollars for bloodwork which is 100% covered by my insurance so I did not pay it. Of course you cannot get a hold of anyone at LabCor to resolve the problem and it is an ongoing issue with this bill. The bloodwork that I had done was preventative and not diagnostic so this is why a bill was generated for $21+ dollars. I called the Dr's office and spoke to them and they have not resolved the problem yet and stated it is an ongoing issue with this LabCor so I'm stuck in the middle. This needs to be resolved ASAP. LabCor is Legacy's problem and now it is causing me problems with bills I should not be receiving. If this is a problem that Legacy cannot resolve with LabCor then I will not be coming back. My bill issue needs to be resolved.

Why am I being charged over $300.00 for a prescription refill I've needed my whole adult life. It's an inhaler! Your billing is is your problem

The only negative thing I have to say about this clinic is a nurse sent me a message via My Health telling me I was overdue for a mammogram, but the mammogram she was referring to was not mine.

Generally good experience but my concern involved the past year of no improvement while on the medication, yet the office focused on just the last 3 months of no improvement on the medication. I think it's important to see the whole issue, not just the last 3 months. My journey is a lot longer and all of it is important to discuss how to get me better. I'm still not sure I'm there.

Parking is a nightmare.

JoDee Houghton is an outstanding PcP. I know that she cares about me and my health. She answers all of my questions and understands my complicated medical needs. I highly recommend her to all my friends.

The nurse forgot to send in my blood draw and I had to do it over again the next day. When I went to get it done said I did not have appointment which she said she will do it for me. The nurse had put it it in wrong. Spent all this time cause of her mistakes. She needs to be fired or needs more training. I am not happy and if this keeps happening I will go and fine a place that will help me.

I was the first appointment of the morning, I waited in the lobby to be called for 35 minutes because there was a substitute medical assistant and he never called on me, so I went to the desk and told them I had been waiting for 35 minutes and then he was told to call me Inside. I was not happy, had nothing to do with my dr.....it was the substitute medical assistants problem.

I greatly appreciated Dr. Roberts was not in a hurry to leave for the day even though it was the second to last appointment time slot of the day. Dr. Roberts was attentive, thorough, inquisitive, and professional. Loved his equal frustrations (empathy) with medical care challenges in the area (like difficulty of getting timely access to gastrointestinal caregivers); it made the visit seem more personal. I greatly appreciate transparency and honesty in healthcare providers, Dr. Roberts seemed to provide both.

Dr. Bowden and his nurse Alicia are the sweetest! Now that I'm single parenting it I'm having to usually bring all 3 kids along to all appointments and they always acknowledge all 3 and entertain any questions or curiosity any of them have. That right there means so much to me! The kids have always loved Dr. Bowden and Alicia and actually look forward to going to the doctor for their check ups. I also love that Dr. Bowden actually takes the time to listen to any concerns I have with the kids and helps navigate to find solutions. He has always been a huge advocate for my kids and it's nice to have a doctor that listens and doesn't dismiss a parents concerns.

Stamatakos is wonderful and I'm glad he's been my Primary Care PA for over 20 years. I HATE having to correspond with My Chart. I perpetually get annoying emails asking me to check My Chart, when it would be a lot MORE EFFICIENT TO EMAIL/CALL ME DIRECTLY!Pushing patients to your Portal may be more convenient for Vancouver Clinic, but it is largely a waste of time for a quick message for us. Just email us and leave My Chart for Medical Records/Test Results and private information exchange.

Discussed medications to be sent to pharmacy to treat this illness. Pharmacy never received prescriptions. Called clinic office and was told I had indicated to the Dr I did not want the medications. That is not true. When the Dr and I parted company I commented I would wait to hear from the pharmacy when the medications were ready to be picked up and he responded "yes." So I had to call the office this morning to figure out what was going on. Have had difficulties recently communicating with this Dr for refills. It took over a week for him to respond to a refill request. He has been a wonderful Dr until recently. Thinking of looking for a different physician.

Although I was verey happy with Dr. Boden and his staff, I was sent down to suite 150 for a ultrasound and was very disipointed with that experience. I was turned away by the receptionest afer handing her my paper work with my appt. Info hilighted on it, and had to go back up to Dr. Boden's office to have them call and get them to see me. The first person I had trying to administer the ultrasound did not seem to know how to use the equipment, and had to get another person to show them how to do it. This seemed to be a major inconvienence to this person and her bed side manner and attention to detail where lacking. I told them I was experiencing pain on bolth my right and left sides, but the pain on the right was worse. They where admintering the ultrasound on my right side and where seeming to be finishing up and I asked if they where going to look at the other side too, and was told that was not how they did thing's. They reluctantly looked at the left side after my urging. I belive the second hernia would have been overlooked if not for my insistance. I was very disipointed with everone I delt with at the imaging dept. In suite 150.

I am upset that Legacy and Premera are arguing about fee schedules. If Legacy doesn't contract with Premera I will have to find new care and I will not be very happy. If this happens I will not suggest anyone to go to Legacy due to contract issues, not Provider issues. My care team is fantastic.

The doctor and the nurse are excellent. The front desk staffs could use some more guidance and tips on how to deal with a hearing impaired patients a little bit better. Thank you.

Very long wait. Provider distracted and did not examine me adequately. She had told me the first appt last year was for intake and this appt would be for an exam. She basically did NO exam. I am not likely to go to this provider again.

My provider takes time and listens to what I have to say. She gives me options and lets me play apart in my care. I really feel comfortable seeing her.

My provider had me get bloodwork done after my appointment. Unfortunately I had too long of a wait at the Labcor 150. I had to call back and reschedule. That seems to be a Legacy/ Labcor problem.

I was in pain from. A fall. I was exrayed given pain meds & referred to Rebound right away.

Dr. Bowden diagnosed my daughter with pneumonia and treated her promptly and correctly. What could have gotten much worse, got better promptly due to his excellent care! Thankyou, Dr. Bowden!!

Dr. Saleva heard my concerns about my elevated BP - concerns I know are exacerbated by my family history. She took the time to check the accuracy of my iHome bp monitor, and prescribed a very low dose of medication, feeling that's all I need to get stabilized. When my pharmacy indicated the med would not be ready for a week, your office willingly and swiftly switched the script to another pharmacy. I appreciated that very much.

I'm a disabled veteran who has access to VA with no cost to myself. I choose to pay money to have Doc Chris and his team be in charge of my medical issues. Doc Chris has had such a huge positive impact on my medical issues. My quality of life has doubled since I started seeing Doc Chris.

I received a letter that stated they reviewed my file and I needed to make an appointment with the doctor to review my medication. So I did and asked them to schedule the visit on Tuesday mornings, as I am a volunteer at the hospital on Tuesdays. They accommodated me with that and made it for the following Tuesday and I received the letter on Friday. Then I received a text message on Saturday that I needed to confirm my appointment 38 hours prior to my appointment time. So I went to their office Monday morning to confirm my appointment. I felt I had already agreed to my confirmation on the phone and was done but I went to their office Monday as per the request. They told me it was all set up. Other than that, everything went very well.

Experience was good. These questions don't seem to take Into account that I was a brand new patient. I wanted to make sure that that was understood.

Dr Robert's and his staff are always great - I could not ask for more with my medical treatment.

Chris Stamatakos is an excellent, professional, approachable, transparent, amenable PA. I am extremely happy with his approach to clinical professionalism. I will always recommend him to others looking for a PCP.

Told receptionist I had new insurance and was asked If I told them when I scheduled, I said no. I scheduled online. She then confirmed my insurance which was probably in the system already because I had mammogram the Friday before. This was confusing and thought I would not get to see my provider by the reaction to this by reception.Also, as I told Ms. Houghton and have not changed my opinion, Suite 150 is not customer friendly and I hate going there. They could be much more efficient. My chest X-ray went smoothly, checked in at 1:34. Kiosk for labs was not intuitive about whether or not I was checked in and the ladies at the desk were no help with that. After three tries, I still didn't know if I was checked in for my labs and still waited an hour! Why? Why are you contacting this out? I can't believe it's cheaper when Legacy has its own lab.

I felt amble time was given for the appointment. Booking the appointment is about two months out which seems excessive.

This provider and team are always courteous, great listeners and I am always at ease when I visit them. It's never stressful and I never feel anxious during any part of the visit.

Like that dr and his assistant know me, a little about me and I get a sense of having a dr/patient relationship. Don't have to go over the basics even though I just see for annual physical. To the point but thorough. Would recommend any day

I was asked for a urine test. I am not happy that this was used as a drug screen. I am a 70 year old female and I don't abuse any kind of medication. I am very unhappy about this.

Dr Salleva spent extra time discussing a health issue other than the reason I was seeing her for.

I did have trouble getting scheduled for the echocardiogram and then was taken to the wrong location in the hospital

Dr Salleva is amazing and the service provided by everyone in the office is wonderful.

Online scheduling didn't appear to offer a regular checkup option, and only allowed a Medicare Wellness physical. It should have a separate item for standard full physical or state that items beyond a wellness visit may be added at the time of appointment. I got it clarified at the appointment, but I ended up calling for an appointment vs online because I didn't want to book the wellness visit and then have to reschedule because what I wanted needed to be booked for a different appointment.

This med group has been taking care of me for many years and have become like family, I think very highly of their health care team.

My Doctor is amazing. I hope she never retires.

Dr. James P. Roberts is a PHENOMENAL Physician. He has ALWAYS taken EXCEPTIONAL care of me, that Includes physical as well as my mental health. I trust him EXPLICITLY. He Is kind, courteous, patient, professional, and knowledgeable in the art of healing. I am VERY BLESED to have him as my Doctor.

Dr Salleva is a great Dr. She cares for real about me and my health. She spends the time needed to understand me and my health issues and answers all of my questions and makes sure I understand everything and the game plan. She also puts up with me challenging her on some treatment options that are recommended and explains WHY she is recommending the treatment vs another option, which makes me more inclined to try a treatment that at first I was reluctant to or against. She meets me where I"m at and works with me. She is really the best physician I've ever had.

Dr. Salleva is very much aware of my health issues. She listens to my concerns and involves me in deciding my care. She is an outstanding Doctor and has taken care of my health issues. I trust her judgement and treatment. Her office staff is also outstanding, treating me with respect, and directing my questions to appropriate nurse or Doctor Salleva. They either call me or reply by mychart. I am very happy with Dr. Salleva and her staff and certainly would recommend her for all my friends and family.

I have more faith in Dr. Salleva than I've ever had with anyone else and wish for her to be my provider indefinitely.

Got what was needed in terms of medication change. The whole visit gave me the impression that doctor and staff where very annoyed with me being there. ( I made the appoinment on short notice) I had other visits that week end with Legacy facities. I came away with the impression that I was a burden instead of the purpose. Going to legacy facilities is real uncomfortable expeience any more. All the notices of leagel threats and the unhappy employee's make it feel more like punishment than a health need.

Pease keep Dr. Salleva. I have a rare problem, she will be able to take care of it so thankful. SHE IS THE BEST. I am 91. Didn't make any difference to her.

I'm now using either a manual wheelchair or an electric wheelchair. The exam rooms are really tight. Since there is already a bench in the room, why do you need the extra chair? It takes up valuable space.

I got to the office very early and the receptionist went out of her way to see that I was seen asap. Dr Robert's is a fabulous physician and takes as much time as necessary to make sure my needs were met. He even called another doctor (physiatrists) to help me with a cancer scare. He is caring and kind and very professional. He's the best. I wish my best friend could see him! I can't say enough about Dr Robert's and his staff. They always check my meds-I take a lot because I'm disabled and he's always aware of what's on my chart. Thank you

This was my first visit. So the answers might be skewed. I just moved here in June. My initial appointment was in Sept but I got Covid so I was rebooked for first avail which was Dec.

Parking slots are too small. Too many parking slots for compact cars!

Tired of giving several employees the same information (that they already have) ie birthdate etc.very annoying

I have actually recommended this provider to friends and family when they have asked.

Because of the problem with her stability the problems will continue. There evidently no help for her available. The problem is urination while sleeping . The meds available would compound the problem - no other was offered - so the problem continues !!

Dr. Stamatakos is amazing! His medical assistant was also very friendly and caring towards our daughter who is 4 months old. I have been Chris' patient since I was 12 years old and he is the best!

Both Dr. Salleva and her staff are incredibly caring and listen to you. They wish there were more resources and staffing available for what the community needs. They truly do want to help and it shows.

The nurse walked in with the inoculations selected for that day within moments after the doctor walked out. Why? She saw the orders on the computer and was ready as soon as the doctor left my room. Great coordination with the staff.

Staff was happy and helpful even though the day was during a holiday weekend. Very nice medical community to care for my family.
