I am a plastic and reconstructive surgeon who specializes in all forms of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. I am one of the few plastic surgeons in Oregon who performs DIEP flaps for breast cancer reconstruction and an emphasis in reconstructive microsurgery. In addition, I also specialize in hand surgery and conditions of the hand. Hobbies include: Traveling, Hiking, Music

Overall this was a very satisfactory visit. The doctor is very professional and responds very effectively to any questions or concerns that I may have.

Dr. Kim is a first-class surgeon, and showed great care to ensure I would not have complications from my recent surgery. I really appreciate his surgical skills and the way communicated (he drew clear pictures to help me understand the results I could expect).

Dr Kim was a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. He did not rush me at all. He explained information very well along with white board graphics.

Dr Kim is thorough, attentive, and professional. I know I made the right decision in choosing Dr Kim. He cares about his patients . He has a good bedside manner and he is approachable. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Kim is knowledgeable and very fascinating. He is a very busy doctor but always goes above and beyond during my appointments. I leave with a clear view of what will happen next. I am very intrigued by his intelligence. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Kim being my surgeon he is the best!

Dr Kim is very compassionate. He did a minor surgery. All went well. His staff is great. It was past my appointment time but sometimes t he at can't be helped.

I have insurance through the VA and for this reason I felt I was delayed, deterred and diverted trying to get my second surgery scheduled. People would tell me if be getting a call from some other office and I never got the call, and it went on like this from late December until May. It was very frustrating really.

I was scheduled for my visit several months later than the doctor had suggested. Then the appointment was rescheduled by the office not once, but twice. After my office visit, on advice of physician I attempted to make my follow up appointment and was told I needed to wait since it was too early to schedule 3 months out.

I felt Dr Kim was very cold and not sensitive to my current cancer diagnosis. I felt that Dr Kim had very little interest in treating me.He has lousy bedside manner.I didn't appreciate being told that I was OLD and too old to be considering the reconstruction surgery post mastectomy.

All staff and Dr. Are great. The issue is I need surgery. As soon as possible. My surgery failed and I am in discomfort, however there is a 4 month wait at minimum. Please help if you can. Thank you.

Elevator down in parking lot. Took stairs. 3rd floor/sky bridge stairwell door locked, requiring patient to walk down to ground level, cross the st, use elevator in main building to get to the sky bridge leading to the same building I parked in. Ugh!! Appointment scheduled for 340pmEasy check in though. Had insurance info and no paperwork required. Just had to sign privacy and billingMA was nice. She took oxygen level on the finger reader thing. Dr entered at 403pm. Left at 407pm. He ask for brief description of injury history. He applied pressure to pinky and ring finger knuckle and had me make a fist. He said he will put in for MRI. Dr spent more time questioning me about where I got my hand brace than asking about the injury itself. In his defense he did apologize for being late to our scheduled appointment. However that means very little if I'm being bill for the full scheduled appointment. However he did put in for an MRI which is the next step. Im curious how much 4 minutes with the doctor costs.

Excellent care from theLegacy health team! Before I began Medicare I was with a different provider and wasn't all that thrilled with them. Dr. Donna is my primary care physician and very satisfied with all levels of service provided. Referrals to other drs within the Legacy system has been excellent.

I received conflicting information about what would be done or what could be available versus what really occurred. An appointment was changed from a video visit to a phone call without explanation, and an in person visit was cancelled without my knowledge or consent. The doctor struggled to communicate his concerns with clarity. When I asked clarifying questions, the answers were still obscure.
