About Me:

I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Seth G.S. Medical College in Mumbai, India and was in their graduate program for Occupational Therapy when I moved to the United States in 1992. I have always been interested in holistic interventions which led me to my certification in Health and Wellness Coaching and yoga. My philosophy as a health care provider is to strongly encourage and motivate my clients to see the health potential in themselves and to be a guide in their health journey. When people feel the power and have control over their health decisions, the path toward healing becomes clearer. The hard work and dedication that my clients bring to the workplace every day is my motivator to give it my 100 percent best. As a family, we love traveling, hiking and exploring new cultures and environments.
