About Me:

One of my greatest joys is seeing my patients thrive and achieve their health goals over time - this is why I was drawn to primary care. To me, medicine is so much more than the prescriptions I write. Food is medicine. Movement is medicine. A kind word and feeling seen and heard is important medicine. While my internal medicine training emphasized management of chronic conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease, whenever I can help people cut back or stop medications via lifestyle changes is especially rewarding to me. My training in pediatrics allows me to support your child’s development, as well as give additional expertise for children who may have more complex needs. When your teen graduates to adult care, no need to switch to a new provider! Outside of medicine, I enjoy landscape photography, yoga, hiking and mountain biking with my husband and daughter.
