This provider was not honest with me and she wanted me to do her way and she didn't care about the pain I was feeling and I wanted my IUD to be removed she refused to schedule another appointment for me to be removed she said she has to discuss it with another doctor and if I wanted it to be removed I have to tire my tube and then that's when they can remove my IUD and it make me feel about of pain and she has no right to make do what she wants I don't ever want to go back to that hospital again or any of my family members

This was by far one of the best obgyn appointments, possibly any medical appointments, I've ever had.

Julie is great! I have no words to express what a great provider she is. She always listens to all of my concerns and takes action right away when needed. She's the best!

She was kind & thorough. She didn't make me feel bad about myself like past doctors have.

She was gentle, friendly and kind. I recommended her for my adult child to see when appropriate.

Julie is the best Women's Health provider I've ever seen. This is only my second year as her patient; but I am thoroughly pleased, and I hope to continue visiting her for my annual exam and any female issues.

No concerns at this time with the providers in this office, however the front office staff could benefit from a lesson in customer service. Some of them are nice, and 1-2 of them could use some help. When patients walk in and are ignored simply because a receptionist continues to stare at their computer monitor. Or rudely interrupts patients - during a question.

Julie Shiprack was very careful to understand my condition and to be sure how to proceed. She was very kind and understanding and agreed that I should have come in to have it checked out. I felt good about coming in to see them. She had me make a follow-up appointment with my regular provider at that office. I could not get an appointment with my regular provider, she was booked up, and they made room for me to come in as soon as they could. I appreciate that.
Julie Shiprack was friendly, not pushy about getting the COVID vaccine, and was understanding/helpful when I told her I'm considering a home birth (the apt. was my 1st prenatal apt.). I am very unhappy about this office's policy on children - they are not allowed. It's unreasonable to expect me to get child care for the 10+ appointments I'll have for prenatal care.
