Jodi's professional experience includes three years as a pediatric nurse working at Loma Linda University Children's Hospital, Doernbecher Children's Hospital, and Mary Bridge Children's Hospital. More recently, she has spent nine years working as a nurse in local emergency departments including Adventist Medical Center and Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital. In 2009, Jodi graduated from Washington State University as a Family Nurse Practitioner and received her board certification through the ANCC.

My provider was very easy to talk to and communicated clearly. It was very easy to make an appointment and there was very little wait time.

Generally good experience but my concern involved the past year of no improvement while on the medication, yet the office focused on just the last 3 months of no improvement on the medication. I think it's important to see the whole issue, not just the last 3 months. My journey is a lot longer and all of it is important to discuss how to get me better. I'm still not sure I'm there.

JoDee Houghton is an outstanding PcP. I know that she cares about me and my health. She answers all of my questions and understands my complicated medical needs. I highly recommend her to all my friends.

I am upset that Legacy and Premera are arguing about fee schedules. If Legacy doesn't contract with Premera I will have to find new care and I will not be very happy. If this happens I will not suggest anyone to go to Legacy due to contract issues, not Provider issues. My care team is fantastic.

My provider had me get bloodwork done after my appointment. Unfortunately I had too long of a wait at the Labcor 150. I had to call back and reschedule. That seems to be a Legacy/ Labcor problem.

Told receptionist I had new insurance and was asked If I told them when I scheduled, I said no. I scheduled online. She then confirmed my insurance which was probably in the system already because I had mammogram the Friday before. This was confusing and thought I would not get to see my provider by the reaction to this by reception.Also, as I told Ms. Houghton and have not changed my opinion, Suite 150 is not customer friendly and I hate going there. They could be much more efficient. My chest X-ray went smoothly, checked in at 1:34. Kiosk for labs was not intuitive about whether or not I was checked in and the ladies at the desk were no help with that. After three tries, I still didn't know if I was checked in for my labs and still waited an hour! Why? Why are you contacting this out? I can't believe it's cheaper when Legacy has its own lab.

Because of the problem with her stability the problems will continue. There evidently no help for her available. The problem is urination while sleeping . The meds available would compound the problem - no other was offered - so the problem continues !!
