Dr. Bowden is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association. He cares for a full spectrum of family medicine with an emphasis on pediatrics, sports medicine, and preventative care. Outside of work, Dr. Bowden enjoys traveling, hiking, spending time with my family, sports and gardening.

Dr. Bowden communicates his medical advice clearly and concisely. He and I have developed some rapport and as such I do not experience any trepidation when discussing my healthcare needs. I appreciate his opinion and have little to no concern following his recommendations; he is an excellent physician.

Dr bowden does not physically examine you even though he falsifies the record to Include notes about a physical exam. He doesn't put hands on you at all. Zero physical contact. He also forgets previous encounters and when you mention things have been ongoing and we're discussed in previous appointments, he argues and tells you that he did not discuss those previous concerns with you and still ignores them.

I had run out of a prescription and the first receptionist I talked with was rude and gave me false information. I tried to schedule an appointment at this time and she declined to make one saying I needed to call the rx holiness. I then made an appointment online, very easily but was immediately called back by the office saying that time would not work. The receptionist made me another appointment for the same day so it worked out.

Dr. Bowden had information from my blood work and went over each item with me from the tests and helped me determine what issues needed to be dealt with. He was very patient with me and explained why he thought I should start some medications.

I was the first appointment of the morning, I waited in the lobby to be called for 35 minutes because there was a substitute medical assistant and he never called on me, so I went to the desk and told them I had been waiting for 35 minutes and then he was told to call me Inside. I was not happy, had nothing to do with my dr.....it was the substitute medical assistants problem.

Dr. Bowden and his nurse Alicia are the sweetest! Now that I'm single parenting it I'm having to usually bring all 3 kids along to all appointments and they always acknowledge all 3 and entertain any questions or curiosity any of them have. That right there means so much to me! The kids have always loved Dr. Bowden and Alicia and actually look forward to going to the doctor for their check ups. I also love that Dr. Bowden actually takes the time to listen to any concerns I have with the kids and helps navigate to find solutions. He has always been a huge advocate for my kids and it's nice to have a doctor that listens and doesn't dismiss a parents concerns.

Discussed medications to be sent to pharmacy to treat this illness. Pharmacy never received prescriptions. Called clinic office and was told I had indicated to the Dr I did not want the medications. That is not true. When the Dr and I parted company I commented I would wait to hear from the pharmacy when the medications were ready to be picked up and he responded "yes." So I had to call the office this morning to figure out what was going on. Have had difficulties recently communicating with this Dr for refills. It took over a week for him to respond to a refill request. He has been a wonderful Dr until recently. Thinking of looking for a different physician.

Although I was verey happy with Dr. Boden and his staff, I was sent down to suite 150 for a ultrasound and was very disipointed with that experience. I was turned away by the receptionest afer handing her my paper work with my appt. Info hilighted on it, and had to go back up to Dr. Boden's office to have them call and get them to see me. The first person I had trying to administer the ultrasound did not seem to know how to use the equipment, and had to get another person to show them how to do it. This seemed to be a major inconvienence to this person and her bed side manner and attention to detail where lacking. I told them I was experiencing pain on bolth my right and left sides, but the pain on the right was worse. They where admintering the ultrasound on my right side and where seeming to be finishing up and I asked if they where going to look at the other side too, and was told that was not how they did thing's. They reluctantly looked at the left side after my urging. I belive the second hernia would have been overlooked if not for my insistance. I was very disipointed with everone I delt with at the imaging dept. In suite 150.

Provider was courteous and explained conditions he felt were applicable to me.Ordered tests, but (so far) has not followed up to explain results.I don't know if my results are improved, or worse, compared to those from last year.

Dr. Bowden diagnosed my daughter with pneumonia and treated her promptly and correctly. What could have gotten much worse, got better promptly due to his excellent care! Thankyou, Dr. Bowden!!

Online and phone appointment setting was very poor - long hold on phone, multiple transfers; online too many choices and clicks to set a simple appointment (over 167 reason choices in list on linecrazy!!).

Got what was needed in terms of medication change. The whole visit gave me the impression that doctor and staff where very annoyed with me being there. ( I made the appoinment on short notice) I had other visits that week end with Legacy facities. I came away with the impression that I was a burden instead of the purpose. Going to legacy facilities is real uncomfortable expeience any more. All the notices of leagel threats and the unhappy employee's make it feel more like punishment than a health need.

I'm now using either a manual wheelchair or an electric wheelchair. The exam rooms are really tight. Since there is already a bench in the room, why do you need the extra chair? It takes up valuable space.
