About Me:
Born and raised in China, Dr. Qian received both his MD and PhD degrees from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. He completed his preliminary internship in Internal Medicine at Brown University and Photodynamic Therapy fellowship at the nation’s only photodynamic research center at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, NY. Dr. Qian completed a Dermatology residency at SUNY also in Buffalo and a Mohs Surgery fellowship at the Center for Dermatology and Skin Surgery in Tampa, Florida.
