I can't say enough good things about Dr. He. The Vancouver Clinic is lucky to have him on staff. He is the very best and I have been seeing him for 17 years!

You need to understand that I do not have to use the Vancouver Clinic phone lines to talk to this department even though they are in the same building. My doctor that I saw was a Hematologist, not a regular doctor. I would still recommend Dr. He, but he is a specialist.

Everyone at Dr.'s office and infusion center are always kind, compassionate, and understanding. The staff helped me get through a very hard time. I am very thankful for my health care team.

Dr. He ordered an echocardiogram. He told me if I hadn't heard in two days to call back. The folks that book appointments and procedures, have been very rude and inflexible. I had to call my insurance and have them call to get it accomplished. The appearance it gives is they don't want to fill Dr.He's request.

Dr. He is very concientious about patient care and treatment. He is also very personable and friendly. He always makes me feel like I am important. He gave me good advice about exercising to increase bone density and lose weight and things to do to stimulate brain activity. I always feel good after I see him.

Dr He has always been supportive of me and my concerns. Always open, tells me what is going on and what I can expect, which is what I have asked for. The entire staff is courteous, compassionate and ask if I need anything, even water.

It was just a little difficult to understand what doctor He was saying because his primary language was not English but he also wrote down everything and explained it very well. I would definitely recommend him.

Being diagnosed with a terminal illness is devastating. The medical team is amazing at helping me & my family understand the process & options available. Knowing they are always there is like a life preserver. The only drawback to this experience was the check-in process which was immediately addressed by the staff and followed by a return phone call from TVC.

The reason for seeing Dr. He was to follow up on a protein electrophoresis result. When we got to the appointment we found out that was the one test that was missed by the lab so there was no result to discuss. It was a wasted appointment! We should have been advised that the test was not done and that it needed to be done before going to the appointment.The lab claims they never got the order and the doctor showed me where it was ordered by him at the same time as the other tests. Is it a computer problem? Or is someone lying to save themselves?

Dr. He is always attentive when I see him. Since he is a Hematologist & Oncology Dr. He is a specialist and he pays attention to my questions, and I never leave without my answers. I always have a list of questions for him, since we are talking about a developing cancer in my body. He also welcomes my questions, because it indicates to him that I am doing my homework and I understand the seriousness of my issue. If I had a friend or family member who needed Blood or cancer help, I would recommend Dr. He!.

Dr. He is always on top of any medical issues I might have and is ready to discuss them with me. He orders lab work and any other tests he deems necessary in order to best treat me. He and his staff are very caring and friendly. They always rate a "10"!
