Tracy has been family doctor she knows my family and is the best doctor I could ever ask for. She says it as it is does not sugar coat anything. Tracy is very straight forward and has me the very best health care

It seems like they are rushed or have too many patients with limited time to spend with the patient.

Doctors today do not spend as much time or check as many things as they did 50 years ago. Today it's mostly blood test and a minimal of actual checks during the visit. Maybe I'm too old to appreciate modern practices.

When you call the clinic you seem to get the operator s on call and you tell them for someone there to call you back and they never do frustrated!

DR. READ HAS BEEN MY DR.FOR YEARS.I TRUST HER IN EVERYTHING ABOUT MY HEALTH AND BEYOND. SHE KEEPS AN UPDATE AND INFORMATION ABOUT ALL MECIACTIONS INCLUDING ALL NEW MEDS,THAT SHE GIVES TO HER PATIENTS. MAKES SURE THAT THE COMBING MEDS IS BENEFIT THE PATIENT. NOT HINDER ONES HEALTH. ALL THE STAFF TAKES REALLY GOOD CARE OF THEIR PATIENTSTAKE GOOD ARE OF THEM.

I have several physical problems. Dr Read is very engaged in our conversation. She listens carefully and remembers everything we talked about at my last appointment. That level of understanding is very rare in a doctor. She has solved several of my complaints in the last few months. She gives instructions and asks me to text the results some days later. I have noticed she responds quickly every time, sometimes giving new instructions, or recommending a follow up appointment, but there is always instructions for the next step.

Wait time to see pcp is long & the actual time spent with the pcp is really quick. Sometimes there are additional things to discuss but my 10 to 15 minutes with pcp are over & then it takes weeks to get back in for an additional appointment

Dr.Read is like a family member that is truly concerned with your well being. It is like you're the only person that matters in the world at that time. It is hard to put into words. She is, however, very professional in explaining (warmly) the risks and seriousness of your health choices. Excellent doctor.
