About Me:

When Dr. Teresa Hildebrand was in medical school, if there had been a "deliver babies and then be their pediatrician" specialty, she would have chosen it. As a family practice physician, she did get her wish for 10 years, with many obstetrics and pediatric patients. When Teresa quit obstetrics in 2004, she found, to her surprise, that she likes having a broad practice just as much. "I enjoy the variety and I love the people I've now known for years. I treat them, their kids and their grandkids." There have even been times when her patients were related and she didn't discover it until later. "It's fun to then look back and see how the puzzle pieces fit together." Dr. Hildebrand loves sports, but having a family and a career has morphed her participation from competitive swimming and volleyball to watching and walking the dogs.
