Dr. Hamide has over twenty years of experience, and she focuses on cognitive-behavioral approaches, mindfulness, and mood and anxiety. She uses a strengths-based approach to help patients mobilize their existing resources to address their concerns. She looks for solutions in new thoughts and behaviors, as well as changes in patients’ environments. She helps patients define their problems and goals, implement supports, and build motivation and skills. She likes assisting people to increase their capacities, freedom, and enjoyment of their lives.
