Dr lewis reminds me of quality of medical services we used to have.

Before I met Dr. Lewis, she impressed me in a phone followup about my blood pressure. I believe her good judgment in increasing the dose of my new BP medicine saved my life. For this I am most grateful. I was also impressed that she understood that taking my BP at home was stressful and did not suggest continuing the practice. She advised me to follow up after taking the new dose, and I decided I wanted her to be my cardiologist. (I feel I need a cardiologist because of my family history.) She wrote a warm note after the call, advising me to "work hard to walk every day." I greatly increased my walks out of respect for her; she was a powerful motivator. During the office visit I was very much impressed with her again. She said my anxiety stood out to her and she recommended ways of contending with it. That was a sign of her exceptional caring. She is a person of few words and I value every one of them. She has a special kind of warmth and It Is Immensely comforting to know I have found the right physician for me.

Good visit

Dr Lewis has been my cardiologist for more than 30 years. I couldn't ask for better care. One of the primary reasons I'm alive today is because of the medical care and direction she's given me.

My visit was excellent. On this survey, some questions need a N/A option.

The front office staff was unprofessional and unfriendly.

I usually have good experience at this Dr. Office. Dr. Lewis is perfect...best cardiologist ever.I had one bad experience with calling into the office to make an appointment that she asked me to come back in so many months, so when it got close to tge time for my appointment I called to make the appt and the person on the other end said that they would call me back and schedule. I never got a call back. I called later and the answering machine came on and I left all the pertinent information and I never got a call back. So I never got an appointment to make that appointment. In the mean time I had a bad episode and had to get an appointment so thats why I was in the office to see Dr. Lewis on 1/10/2024

Dr. Lewis is thoroughly aware of more than 50 years of this "youngster's" medical history. An obvious member of the "A team" for cardiology!

Dr Lewis as always was attentive and focused on my health issues. The medical assistant who took my vital signs and assisted me in getting ready for Dr Lewis was one of the best I've ever experienced. To the point that I suggested that she either slow down or ask for more money. Her warmth as well as her efficiency and concern for my visit we're clear throughout our interaction. I hope I get her again next year.

Dr Lewis is always concerned about my overall health, always attentive and engaged, and I am much healthier since seeing her than before she became my cardiologist. I hope she doesn't retire before I die!

No complaints or issues with Dr. Lewis or any of her staff. However, the parking situation is inadequate but I don't know what if anything can be done about it. I arrived at the facility 15 minutes before my appointment time of 2:00 p.m and was still about 5 minutes late. The green light "open" sign was on yet there was not a single open space in the entire parking structure. I eventually was able to park in the lot of the M.O.B. Also, the electronic scanning system of getting in AND out of both parking structures is troublesome for a lot of people. I have witnessed this on many occasions.

There was no signage in the main hospital building saying that the sky. Bridges were closed due to security issues, so this caused me extra elevator trips and walking, that is hard given my disability, when I'm used to using these routes for the last decade. An elevator sensor was not working properly, and the elevator doors shut on me crushing my body. That was traumatizing. I was seeing Dr. Lewis for this visit because my PCP wanted me evaluated for a new condition. My PCP said she was sending notes to Dr. Lewis. When I arrived for my appointment and told Dr. Lewis that's why I was there. She said she hadn't seen those notes . So I'm not sure where the mixup was but it caused some confusion for sure. Dr. Lewis told me at the end of our visit that she was really glad that I had come in and that she was going to dig a little deeper with further testing to try and figure out what was going on with my symptoms. In all of the decades Ive frequently seen specialists and primary care providers I don't think I've ever had a doctor tell me they were glad that I came in and they were going to try and figure it out. I felt really seen and validated. I really appreciate Dr. Lewis for that interaction.

It was. A good visit.

Assistant needs to be less impatient and less focused on getting done her tasks.

  Nov 13, 2023
Parking lot was impossible - so full, I had to exit and park on the street which was added stress I did not need. The office should remind patients of available valet parking as apparently the parking structure is often full.

  Nov 08, 2023
Parking was the only issue due to full lots

  Nov 08, 2023
Dr. Lewis and staff simply are the best
