Provider hurried. It was a first time visit for me with her (my regular doctor had moved on) & afer a uti with problems. I had more areas of concern than ahe had time for. She was nice but profesional. I left with her nurse a list of areas I had hoped to cover, some had occured In the "between doctors time" and was a bit surprised that she suggested my next visit be In 6 months. Perhaps that indicates the time pressure that she was feeling.

The medical assistant asked an odd question. One I've never been asked before by medical providers. She asked, "Do you have a learning disability?". I was somewhat offended at the time and wondered why that would ever be asked of me. Maybe you can expound on this.

All good. Drs, nurses, PAs etc in this office are great. I love that I love that nurses take notes and there is a "hand off" prior to the Dr/PA coming in so they are prepared for the visit. I also love that every visit the Dr/PA summerizes the suggested treatment plan and asks if I am in agreement. A truly collaborative and appreciated experience for a patient!

This specific visit was fairly timely, but in the past I have experienced some delays/wait times for more urgent needs and have ended up seeing 3 different providers in the same office instead of just my PCP... then again, I do realize everyone deserves a vacation now & then.

Came in for my annual & to my surprise was in full blown AFIB. Dr. Hwang did an EKG & then sent me over to ER. Great catch on her part.
