I have zero complaints about my experiences. My wife, however, lost her doctor when her doctor retired. She was not given a new doctor with the clinic, and has not been able to find a doctor since. Legacy west side simply kicked her to the curb, with a polite wave goodbye and absolutely no contingency plan for her. It's been a year. My wife is who recommended Legacy Westside to me. They have been outstanding, but this, in my opinion, is poor management. My wife needs a doctor more than I do. She needs a female internal medicine doctor. This lowers an otherwise stellar experience with Legacy, and taints my respect for Legacy.

This July visit was difficult because the waitFor the doctor was very long! Then in the middle of the appt. Doctor was called out forAn urgent phone call which lasted a long time.This was all unusual but disappointing!

My experience with My Chart is that it only allows an email-type message directly to Dr. Moore for a limited number of days after my visit (60?). I want to be able to send a message anytime I think it is necessary - even if not an emergency. I don't care whether it is covered by insurance. Send me a bill, if you need to. Offer a retainer program, if you need to. I don't care if Dr. Moore delegates his answer to someone else. When this comes up, it is usually renewal of a prescription, which takes too long in your system. It could be other things as well. I do not like the limited access to my doctor built into your My Chart interface.
