Scheduling appointments through Legacy is painfully old fashioned. Why should I have to call? I should be able to go online and schedule an appointment. Also, I would like to be able to accomplish more through email.

The check-in process was easy and efficient, preparation with the nurse was comfortable, and the encounter with Dr. Valencia was thoughtful and comprehensive. I really felt listened to, and as though he was able to anticipate the next steps and explain them to me clearly.

This was the initial visit after picking this doctor for the start of my Medicare. The soonest I could get in was 92 days after the call to set as appointment; luckily I had no pressing medical needs. The doctor may be technically competent; I don't know because we just met. However, his 'people' skills were terrible. He made no attempt to establish any sort of connection. He came in reading my chart and continued to do so after saying 'hello' and sitting down. He asked nothing about me, my history, my medical needs. He really needs a personality transplant. I hope I don't need to see him often...

I was told to arrive at 7:40 a.m. The office door didn't open until 8:00 a.m.. I stood outside the door for 20 minutes. Other than that, I was very happy with my visit.

The office staff were riendly and helpful. Rather than what I was hopin for was told to rfefer to the internet and on another subject ask my insurance.

This was a new visit to establish PCP care. Dr Valencia was an excellent listener and gave good recommendations for care based on my conditions and age. He was honest, fun and respectful.

My experience was fine. This was my first visit with this provider. My PCP is retiring and we need to find a new primary provider. Additionally, Legacy is complicating the entire procedure because they cannot come to an agreement. As a result, we are not even sure at this point we will be able to come back to this clinic.

Getting sooner appointments is very tough and hard and provider ( Doctor) needs to provide sufficient time.

There was no exam either than to listen to my breathing. I also had goey discharge eye concerns as well as swollen painful glands in my neck. Neither were checked.

I really enjoyed the tight bonds of teamwork , knowledge, and kindness. It's as if there is only one person yet there are numerous people doing their part and contributing to the whole.

I am a new patient, this was the first time I had been to the clinic, had no prior experience with the doctor. Dr. Valencia discussed my current health with me and completed his on line records, asked some basic health questions about my habits etc.

This visit was my 1st. Visit with my new doctor. He was wonderful & he did the 2 items I needed done. His staff was very nice & helpful.

The only concern I have is that Dr. Valencia did not ask me if I have had a recent COVIID vaccination and an RSV vaccine which should be noted in my health chart. The answer is Yes...I have recently received both.
