About Me:

I began my career as an active officer in the U.S. Army, where I had the opportunity to care for soldiers and their families in multiple settings around the world. After the military, I provided primary care to a rural town in central Appalachia, where I partnered with local leaders to form a network of population-health initiatives. I am proud to call Marion County my new, and final, home. In addition to core primary care principles, I have extensive experience in outpatient procedures, skin conditions, athlete health, travel medicine, chronic diseases, and family-centered care. Dr. Miller was awarded the Oregon Health Sciences University Rural Community Preceptor Award in 2021 for his work precepting and mentoring med students on the rural health tract with OHSU.

I wish the staff did not wear masks as it makes the visit more impersonal. I was not sick and they were not sick so why? I will commend them on not asking me anymore about the Covid 19 shot. It has caused more destruction on people than any other shot in history. Please stop offering it.

Medical assistant was wonderful. Respectful, engaged and supportive of my health care. Dr. Miller seemed burdened. I do not feel that he has ever been interested in me as a person or a patient. He does not ask about my overall health and wellbeing. Or family.

Dr. Miller had reviewed a major surgery report from Legacy Meridan Park. He was very well informed from reviewing that report, which helped him make decisions for my prescriptions, new blood work and chest x-ray. I can't say enough about the quality of care Dr. Miller provides, both at the visit and follow up on tests.

After my doctor moved I had to wait 2 months to see one of the 2 doctors I could select from. I had been seeing the same FNP in that office for 61/2 years. I was hoping for better treatment than that. I was given no explanation for the long wait time. It was as if I was a new patient.

When I need to talk with my doctor he never calls me back.& it takes. 3 days to a week to get my prescriptions refille

Dr. Miller is a good listener and very respectful however, not once did he examine my leg as I told him that's where I have pain, he just went over my medication and sent off a request for an x-ray, but not once, did he take a minute to actually look at the area of concern.

My Dr was great and I was in and out really fast. The receptionist could have smiled and let me know she was writing the next appointment down when I asked if she would be writing it.

I also want to express how much I appreciate the staff finding me an available opening. I was very worried about a medical Issue I was having.
