Patient Rating

Legacy wants every patient to have great care, every time. To help measure and improve patient satisfaction, we send surveys to randomly selected patients after their appointments. We use this feedback from the surveys to improve and enhance the care we offer. It works like this: Real patients give us feedback through Press Ganey, a patient satisfaction survey company. They verify and confirm the results. National Research Corporation, an independent company, provides the technology to show the ratings and comments on our website

I'm a new patient this "emergency" visit is the second visit and first in person. Dr. did not review seizure diaries actually refused. I have been experiencing cluster seizures over the past two weeks. I made numerous documented attempts to contact the office. Messages were not returned by the Dr. some messages were returned by staff with no action. Dr. refused to return to the previous OHSU EMU prescribed medications which have been somewhat effective over several years.

This office is completely unorganized, uncommunicative and unprofessional. Coordination of care and explanation of treatment plans long term are non existent. Phone calls and inter office messages are simply ignored.

I waited in the exam room for 30 minutes. The doctor's assistant closed the door and forgot to tell the doc I was here, so I went finally to the front desk after waiting for 1/2 hr.Her HUGE error. I fidgeted for 30 min.

Took almost a month to get an in-person appointment. By then most of symptoms had abated I don't believe I have gotten adequate care with phone appointments with other providers.

Dr singh is probably the best neurologist I have seen in 20 yrs for treatment of my chronic daily headaches/migraines. I have been to top Drs in nation snd in 4 different states and none compare to Dr Singh. I and my mother are both retired RNs and she stated the same after attending an appointment with me. He addresses patients as a whole and concern where patients costs are concerned as well. I have had multiple procedures done in his office as well and never had a negative experience
