I cannot say enough good things about Dr. LaPlante. I've had many unfortunate experiences with primary care physicians that are dismissive and don't listen. My experience with Dr. LaPlante has been delightfully opposite of those experiences. Everyone in the office is courteous and friendly and wait times are very short. She and her team have taken the stress out of my routine healthcare and I could not be more grateful.

I was anxious about some lab results as we are preparing for hip surgery next week. Dr L called me and explained the results and ordered more tests and a quick visit to the office. She is so caring & smart & professional. I feel confident and unafraid going into surgery. She listens to me and is responsive! What a treasure!!!

The provider was rushed. Just prior to entering the exam room I overheard her respond to a support staff that she would hurry. I was on time for the appointment, and the provider entered the room close to on time, and yet she felt the need to hurry, and expressed it to her staff. The appointment felt rushed, and the after-visit summary was not totally correct.

Despite being the only person in line, it took the front desk a long time to acknowledge I was there. They were not on the phone at the time.

The only problem was that the provider was an hour behind and no one communicated with back office to see what was going on until they were getting ready to go home themselves. I was still thankful I was able to get in an ER visit even with a long wait.
