No blood work was done for RA to objectively confirm or deny whether Ayla has RA. Dr didn't acknowledge lack of blood work, did not order blood work, and was dismissive of actual symptoms. He made numerous contradictory statements to support dismissiveness. We left with more questions than answers. My daughter held back tears in the appointment with Dr. Kingsbury because while his voice was kind, he just didn't care about Ayla's experience once he decided her care was outside of his scope which is where his contradictory statements re symptomatology came into play. He told us her symptoms didn't fit the criteria but described the criteria using her exact symptoms.. Years of waiting for this referral, four hours of driving for the appointment, only to be mansplained to and dismissed was more than disheartening. My daughter's emotional well-being is diminished after our appt w Dr. Kingsbury - I wish he had been more considerate and knowledgeable of the big picture..

I don't appreciate questions about race and gender. Your here for healthcare not an exam on wokeness or Democrat party talking points. Keep healthcare healthcare and take the politics and insane woke banter out of it!

Doctor was terrible. You'd think as a pediatric rheumatologist he'd have some sort of bedside manner. He didn't even say hi to our daughter, Piper or introduce himself to us. He wouldn't do any blood tests or even consider having a conversation about what could be causing the inflammation or nodules. Didn't seem like he even believed Lyme disease was real. Didn't want to talk about food sensitivities, environmental factors or anything. He was extremely short and curt. He didn't tell our 6 HR old things he'd be doing or parts of her body he'd be touching beforehand even when I asked him to. He yanked her around and just seemed very uninterested in giving proper care.

Dr. Kingsbury & his team are great. Unfortunately, the phlebotomist who took my daughter's blood was the worst we have ever worked with. My daughter had blood running down her arm because they did not put a cotton ball or gauze there. They only placed a child's size bandaid. I was very displeased with her service at the lab.

My visit with Dr Kingsbury was good because we talked about my worksites at Archway

Reception staff members repeatedly used the term "mom" to address my guardian in a way that felt inappropriate and patronizing

We truly value and appreciate Dr Kingsbury and thankful for his expertise and knowledge for our son who gets anxiety about his condition and any Dr appointments

The doctor was rude to my children and called them inappropriate. He was dismissive of my concerns and offered no help to figuring out what is going on with my child. I was incredibly disappointed with how my whole family was treated.

The doctor didn't provide any help. The visit was a waste of time and money and he offered absolutely no help in regards to helping with knee problems and completely dismissed the symptoms as "not related to his area" even though they were.

Dr. Kings it was probably the friendliest doctor I've ever experienced. He explained everything very clearly and listened with genuine attentiveness. I wish all doctors were like him. Definitely a role model to emulate.

Everyone was exceptional. Due to my own calendaring mistake, I was 2 hours early for the appt. Everyone was exceedingly kind and bent over backward to get me in anyhow. I was blown away by the friendly and accommodating atmosphere. EVERYONE was so kind. Dr. Kingsbury was wonderful and has one of the best bedside manners I've ever encountered. Thank you.
