Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful.
Nothing bad. I enjoy this provider and by the way, I already recommended her to a lady who lives down the street. Whether or not the lady down the street responded, I don't know. I always leave her office feeling pretty good.
I've been an asthmatic my whole life. At this visit she told me I'm using my rescue inhaler to much when I responded that I use it at least once a day to workout. She said I should only need to use it every couple of months. But the prescription she wrote says as needed 1 to 2 puffs per day or as needed. Told me she wanted me to see a pulmonary specialist. I'm looking for a new GP. Last time I saw her my cholesterol was high. I got it down and lost some weight didn't mention a word about my achievements
Never had a bad experience
She is retiring so would not recommend. Did seem to talk down to me a bit.
It's a good visit and Doctor took care of my medical needs. Thanks!
I am blessed to have Dr. Dumler as my primary care physician. My health has improved a great deal since she accepted me as a patient. The team in her office is always respectful and ready to help whenever I needed one. Thank you!
She always treats me with respect and explains everything on how I'm doing. So sad she's retiring soon. She will be missed her patients. Especially me!
Dr Dumler is one of the best physicians I have ever had. I hold her in the highest esteem.
I also had a very positive interaction with nurse who greeted me and took my vitals- she was just delightful. In addition, the technician who did the blood work was very nice.
Good job
Appt was at 0745. Md came in to see me around 0800. She seemed rushed.
Cynthia is the best doctor in the building and will surely be missed!
Team services are nice and kindness
Thankful to have gotten an appointment quickly after being hospitalized.
I have been seeing Dr. Dumler for a good number of years and have always appreciated her and find her to be an excellent Dr. I hear that she will be retiring soon and will so miss her being my primary care doctor.
The visit went smoothly from start to finish, including an after visit blood draw.
Dr dumler was excellent as usual.
On this visit, I felt like I was not being listened to about concerns I wanted to to talk to my dr about. I felt like I was wasting her time. I left with an answered questions
Always good. Going to miss her as she retires.
I'm always treated with the utmost courtesy and respect from my provider and all the staff. My provider spends all the time I need to check me out and answer my question. In addition, she discusses any needed updates on immunizations and tests.
My provider was able to offer me a solution for a medical problem I've been experiencing.
I always enjoy my doctor, Dr Dumler, yes.
I wish I would of gotten more of a physical exam head to toe Dr. Dumler hasn't seen me for a very long time - she did order blood tests.
I have recommended Dr. Dumler to our daughter and daughter-in-law. Our daughter-in-law is a current patient and daughter was a patient but now works for Providence where she now receives her health care.
I was very comfortable with Dr. Dumler and her whole office crew, I am sad she is going to retire, but I have faith in Legacy providing a new physician that will meet my needs. I am thankful for the referrals that Dr. Dumler gave me to get some other conditions checked and taken care of. Thank you legacy.
My provider always greets me pleasantly, She reviews my medications and asks how I am feeling emotionally. She listens to my concerns and is able to explain medical treatment plans in a simple manner. I admire her and have great respect for her professionalism. As a female I was very pleased to find a female doctor.
Dr. said she did not recommend a previous change in blood pressure meds but I found those recommendations in My Health correspondence with her.
On time covered all my questions, gave ref. to other drs. as needed, had blood test after appt. and X-rays for my problem. Hate to see my dr. retire.
Excellent visit! All staff were respectful and helpful as usual.
She was patient.engaged and knowledgeable about my health and interventions over the last 3 years.
My primary care provider, Dr. Dumler Is excellent. She is caring, courteous, and a consummate professional, She listens, asks questions, and provides clearly understood feedback and explanations. I feel confident with Dr. Dumler, she does her homework and Is prepared for my visit. She reviews my medical records and test results and visits summaries of other specialists and providers she has referred me to. She includes me in medical decisions that concern me. Her staff is equally professional and caring.
I've had a couple visits with labs ordered & each time there's been a lab or two that didn't get ordered correctly. A little inconvenient.
Dr. Dumler is the best Dr I have had and I am grateful I found her. Thank you.
Everything went smoothly, I appreciate that the technician who gave the shots and the lady was very good drawing my blood. Made it a easy visit.
Always listens, has sensible advice. Am worried she will one day retire and her replacement won't be as good!
Dr. Dumler is always pleasant and professional. She listens well and makes appropriate referrals or prescribes medication, other treatments, or behavior modifications for me to pursue to improve my condition. This visit was just the right length of time, and I feel my health issue is being addressed well. I enjoy seeing Dr. Dumler.
I was very happy with visit and I was able to get my flu shot & my 5th COVID shot. Nurse asked if I would like it & since she gave right there in the room it was perfect.
Always professional and caring visit.
Efficient, well run practice. Th entire visit was positive. I especially appreciated the quick blood draw and quick turnaround time of the lab results.
Dr. Dumler is an excellent doctor.
Friendly and enjoy discussing with her
DR DUMLER IS REALLY,REALLY "LAST OF THE GOOD GUYS"
Dr dumler is very understanding about my health concerns
Dr. Dumler is a caring physician. We shall miss her greatly but wish her good health and happiness In her retirement next April.
Dr Dumler is always kind and respectful. She listens to what I have to say and gives me solid advice
Very professional
Dr. Dumler was quick to assess the condition of my infected foot and saw to it that I was transported to ER immediately.
Dr Dumler is an awesome Dr for me!
Enjoyed my visit with Dr. Dumler, as always.
Wait time for needed tests is too long.
I was in for my annual visit. My prior provider had left the clinic. The exam was not complete. Checking of heart and lungs only. No checking of eyes, mouth (other than a cyst inside mouth which she felt was benign but referred to an ENT), stomach...I felt not a thorough exam. I'm in good health but would have been more comfortable if more had been done. She also said that she does not routinely take labs every year...that bothers me for obvious reasons.
Dr. Dumler has always been kind to me.
I would rate this provider higher if I bonded with her more than I do. Perhaps we haven't bonded well because I have not seen her much. I believe that she is competent and that is what really counts.
Answered my concerns, good listener
Office is kind of dark with poor lighting.
Prescriptions were added and changed due to recent hip replacement surgery. Dr. Dumler helped me sort it all out. She got me back on my regular hypertension meds and approved discontinuing post-surgery meds that I did not need or might be harmful if continued. I felt very comfortable and reassured by this appointment.
For years I didn't have a primary care doctor and just saw the gyn each year so I could get birth control. As I get older - I need a doctor more often so now I have a primary care. So far - so good
Doc is a good communicator. I felt very comfortable with her.
Sorry Dr. D. is retiring, has been a great physician for me.
Everyone is always very courteous
Thoughtful care.
My Dr. Dumler is real good to me on all appointments.
Thank you.
Great doctor and staff
Love Dr Dumler
Always caring
Dr. Dumler is the best provider one could hope for. She listens to you. She is proactive, knowledgeable and compassionate. I feel safe and well cared for in her hands.
Dr. Dumler was easy to talk to and informational on questions asked. Referrals for routine checks are scheduled.
This was a one time visit as my primary was unavailable. I was treated well and was given honest evaluation of my problem.
Dr. Dumler is always concerned about me, answers all my questions and I am very comfortable with her and feel she is a very caring and good doctor.
My Doctor listens and makes me fill like she cares about my health!!!
Always courteous and knowledgeable. I am sad to learn Dr. Dumler is retiring but wish her the best!
Goiod
I'm always pleased with everyone in my visits to see Dr. Dumler
I feel very comfortable with Dr Dumler. I think she takes good care of my health.
Thank you kindly
I did not feel like the doctor rushed the appt., she took a very relaxed attitude.
There is little to no waiting. The doctor and her staff did not seem to be in a rush to end my appointment, patiently answering all my questions. There was a bit of a paperwork snafu at one point and the staff was friendly and apologetic about it. Overall I felt seen, valued, and appreciated.
The provider was great.
Dr. Dumler addressed my need for a referral for further diagnosis in a quick and professional manner. Thank you.
My old provider left the group.I chose this new provider and saw her for the first time. I was very pleased with this new doctor.
Dr. Dumler is very knowledgeable and has an excellent "bedside Manner" I don't usually enjoy Dr visits, but I enjoy my visits with Dr. Dumler.
She is friendly Doctor and so nice
Very happy with my doctor
I love seeing Dr. Dumler. She always takes time to explain so I can understand. I never feel rushed and I love that about her. Thanks Dr. Dumler!!
This Dr. And her assistant nurse are very professional, kind and totally understanding. I have never had any negative feelings for either these 2 Medical providers. I know that my Doctor will retire some day and it will be a sad day for me.She is nothing more than excellent in any and all ways. I appreciate her and her team.Thank-you!
The Lab needs some work done on their entrance routine--it is wait Then to register desk Then wait again Finally called to LabThese wait times are usually long.Wait time in the Dr,'s office is usually short.
I always enjoy this provider. She is considerate, caring, helpful. I think her compassion and sense of humanity comes through. What a great physician.
My visit was a follow up from an ER physician who said I needed to have my PCP check me out due to the nature of my injuries the PCP seemed bothered that I was taking up her time. This accident was traumatic for me and her indifference to me was not what I needed at the time. I will be looking for another PCP soon.
I had appointment & we that day receptionist told me I don't have appointment that day & I have to go back different day that really happened to me never & I was upset very much.
Dr. Dumler is retiring in a year, bad for me but great for her!
It's too bad that the Dr will be retiring next year. I would have lioved to have had her as my primary Dr. Also I sent message about trying to send a thank you card to Dr abney and no one has answered me. I really miss her. Maybe someone could address that, I can bring a card to be forwarded if that would work
I didn't think the annual exam was as thorough as what I have had in the past at Vancouver Clinic. Dr. Was a good listener and explained things well.
Cynthia Dumler is the best GP that I have had. There will be a void when she retires.

She went over all the recent blood tests I had, commented on the excellent results, and said she wished me well (she retires next month).
