Dr. Sen is best described as a compassionate, caring Medical Professional whose patient care skills set the standards for others.
Dr Sen is very thorough.
Dr. Sen is a very compassionate, kind & thorough physician. Feel very fortunate to have her overseeing my health needs.
It was a brief visit and the first time I saw this provider. I felt it was a good visit.
Visit was good and professional other than I had to wait in exam room over half an hour
Dr Sen went over all of the issues that caused me to come in for the visit, she carefully checked me over, asked questions, provided answers and together we worked out a plan going forward
Dr. Sen, as usual, was extremely thorough. I feel that I have excellent care with her.
Never a bad experience. Dr. Sen is the best.
Dr. Sen was thorough, very caring, and knowledgeable. Very pleasant. She is now my doctor.
I dont recommend medical people to friends, not my businessd
Dr. Sen seems invested in her patients & wants them to be as healthy as possible. She is thorough & personable, & knows the protocols for the issues we face, even when things go wrong. My husband & I are in good hands with her.
My mother has Alzheimers. I was told my POA would suffice for using my signature, but they made my mother sign. I made this appointment to have her ears cleaned. Dr. Sen spent 20 minutes on a depression survey. She kept asking my mother if she wanted to hurt herself. My mother didn't understand what Dr. Sen was asking. This survey seemed totally out of line to be answered by someone with Alzheimer's disease. Most people with Alzheimers suffer from depression, and I feel like Dr. Sen was not compassionate in her questioning. Then she said I'll see you in 4 months and started to walk out of the room. I said, we made this appointment to have her ears cleaned. She looked on the screen and said oh, I will have someone come In and clean her ears. She looked in her ears and left the room. The assistant came in and squirted water in her left ear and said, sorry, we don't have the medication that should go in her ear. We're all out. She was ready to leave and I said, it's her right ear that's plugged. She said, Dr. Sen said it was her left ear. She then proceeded to squirt water in her right ear. I felt like I could have done this much at my own home. I was extremely disappointed in this appointment.
DR SEN ALWAYS LISTENS AND DOES THE BEST LOOKING INTO WHAT ALE'S YOU I'M LUCKY TO HAVE A GREAT EFFORT DOCTOR IS A RELIVE FOR ME KNOWING SHE'S TRYING TO HELP OKAY YUP BYE ; )
I believe Dr.Sen is a wonderful doctor. I have recommended her to my best friend. Unfortunately she was not taking new patients.
I appreciated the friendly greeting of receptionist, efficiency in keeping to my appointment time the MA's personable care and the efficient, knowledgeable & caring interest Dr. Sen provided me. I didn't feel rushed. I felt well taken care of & listened to. It was also to be able to make my next appointment 6 months in advance.
Dr. Sen accurately describes what I tell her. She runs through each of my health topics and my meds. My hesitation about recommending her to others is that I feel like she sees me as a list of diagnoses, not as a whole, healthy person. I also wish she would look up from her computer more often.
The visit was all positive.
I feel Dr. Sen is very thorough in her evaluations of my health and very personal in her questions & responses. I feel she really cares how I am.
Provider is responsive to questions/concerns, thorough, and knowledgeable.
A little slow on ordering a CT scan for me. (Next visit with Dr. Sen scheduled quite soon.) Resolved today.
I discussed with Dr Sen my dissatisfaction with her focus on looking for causes for my orthostatic low blood pressure, while she seemingly overlooks my ongoing neuro issues, due to a TBI (2007). We had a good discussion where she expressed her "need to explore all options", while we agreed that I have a right to refuse treatments that I may not agree with. It seems like she finally listened to ME, instead of assuming her way is the only way. I was quite impressed.
Having to wait in exam room too long. Last visit was 35 min.
Although I do not go to the doctor regularly, Dr. Sen is always going to be my provider. She's caring, listens, and she seems to have my best interest in mind.
Medicare - provider $15 but specialists are $45 too many times have to go to specialists.
Never had a bad experience.
Dr. Sen was very aggressive in her questioning, and I was made to feel very judged and unsafe during this visit. Using phrases like "You can't leave" with a patient that has a documented history of anxiety is not a great idea. She treated me like an imposition at best. Terrible bedside manner.
She way over refers for extra non essential medical tests that are not relevant. She spends more time on her computer then with me! She is so frustrating because she always has her agenda, not mine! Take that huge screen and computer away and look at me!!! She is going to one day completely miss a patients affect, concerns etc and something terrible will happen.
Love Dr Sen. She is caring, kind, professional, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. I actually look forward to seeing her. She has a calming effect
I very much appreciate the great care Dr. Sen gives to my mom despite her age. Dr. Sen makes sure she gets the tests and help she needs to stay as healthy as possible.
I wish I could say that I respect the opinion of Dr Sen but she continually disregards my opinions and choices, she doesn't listen to me I feel and then I have to listen to "chats" about how she's looking out for my best interest but it's ultimately my choice it's disrespectful and rude and I will be seeking a doctor who is more willing to work with me.
Perfect
Dr. Sen addressed my questions and problems right to the point.
Dr. Sen is always kind and helpful. She empathizes with your health problems and cares. Eden was also kind and helpful. Great visit.
Provider seems to be rushed most of time - Could improve on interaction with patient.
Now that Dr Sen cut back to 2 days a week I kinsa feel like she doesn't have time for me. I am requesting change PCP
My mother has Alzheimer's. I often weigh risks vs. benefits when I question bone density treatment, I question necessity as a caregiver, I am stressed and difficult to go to many appointments.
Very good experience
Dr. Sen is very through in relation to my care - She always knows what's going on with me, which leads me to believe she reviews MyChart before my appointment -
I came to office for scheduled follow-up but had 3 health concerns I wanted to speak to MD. I informed tech. MD entered room and stated she knew I had 3 health issues to discuss but because it was a short appointment didn't know if there would be time to hear my issues. MD's agenda doesn't always match my health care needs. I feel dismissed by her.
Diagnosed with hyperthyroid after labs. My chart clearly shows I take super B-complex, biotin, & a multivitamin. Not sure why I was referred to a specialist without redoing my labs & not taking supplements.
She's very thorough, kind, and. Gentle. We love her.
Dr. Sen doesn't hesitate to refer to other specialists. I appreciate they're opening the door to deeper knowledge of potential problems, but sometimes think this is more for business purposes than patient need. This is always a judgment call, I realize, & I do like her, but common sense & patient reassurance might be more appropriate SOMETIMES rather than ordering another test or referral I reserve the right to NOT follow up on a referral when I think the solution may not be the right tweak for an issue.
She is only there two days a week, don't think she is taking new patients.
Neither I or my wife like this doctor. We're going to find a new doctor somewhere else.
She is very thorough and careful-not eager to prescribe unnecessarily. Pleasant and appropriately friendly.
Very thorough doctor but I don't think additional medical follow up visits are necessary when labs come out fine and no change in medical issues on a wellness visit. I like that Dr. Sen isn't afraid to make a referral for a specialist for me but I don't feel I need to go to a specialist for a visit on something that hasn't changed in years unless I note something different. A 6 to 8 month follow up on a wellness visit with her I feel is unnecessary. She does listen well and explain things when asked. I was early to my appt. But she was not able to see me for 35 min after my scheduled appointment.
Dr. Sen is very attentive to me and provides good information. Whenever necessary she refers me to additional specialized help.
Accommodated and advised on travel plans next year and coordinated information given by winter dr. in FL.
I sat in office for 45 mins. before I was seen. Staff are very kind and helpful.
As a new resident, moving from [location removed], I am please with my care with Dr. Sen.
Dr. Sen is very through, polite, & respectful. I gave her a score of 8 because her "bedside" manner is a little cold. Her office is always responsive to "My Chart" messages.
I think Dr, Sen is knowledgeable about my needs. Her care and courtesy In communications with me are remarkable.
This is my 4th visit to Dr. Sen. I keep hoping it will get better, but doesn't. Per my insurance, I scheduled my annual physical because I recently turned [age removed]. This appt. WAS NOT a throrough physical.. Instead Dr. Sen said since it had been [date removed] since my last visit, she wouldn't do a physical until she went over my history, which basically was her reading aloud the history form I filled out. She should've read my chart before the appointment. She knows my medical history and that I see my dermatologist and breast health specialist for family history of cancer. That's my medical history. She brushed off every concern I had [personal detail removed] I told her my joint pain and osteoarthritis was getting worse and told me I had to come back in two weeks to discuss my hip pain rather than discussing it there. She did absolutely nothing for me other than running some lab work. Last time I was in for shingles, which she at first said I didn't have, but when another doctor said I did, she quickly prescribed medicine even though she wouldn't confirm the shingles diagnosis. I never feel like she listens to me. I don't think I'll be returning to this doctor. I'm healthy I want a doctor who is interested in listening to me and guiding me through a healthy senior life. Dr. Sen is not that person. I'm worried my insurance now thinks I received a physical, when in reality I went to an appt that reviewed my health history form. She looked in my ears., listened to my heart, sent me to the lab, and that was my physical.
In my opinion Dr. Sen is well qualified. Knowledgeable and thorough. She does not connect ell to the patient, needs to work on "bedside manner".
Good experience every time everyone is courteous knowledgeable
I have already. She was told Dr. Sen is not seeing new patients
Spent extra time dealing with my issues!
