In general healthcare is dealing with shortage of staffing, they are being asked to do more in less time. I had a number of concerns and my provider addressed the most important ones but the appt still felt a little rushed, it wasn't in her countenance per se. I understand that when several conditions exist it's hard to address all. Some items chart says tx refused but it wasn't even discussed because we were managing other things. I know that with future visits we can address this condition and tx. Reflects more on corporate and insurance than on provider.

Nurse is thorough & friendly. Dr Riley is one of the nicest, Most thorough, great listeners, & sweetest physicians Ive had.

Dr and nurse provide a great atmosphere in the room, work well together, very nice explain things well so I understand. They show they care about the patient, unlike most doctors that dont really listen or care and push you out the dor.

This clinic has had a revolving door when it comes to Dr's, this is the first time in years that I've seen the same Dr more than 2 times. Love this one hoping she sticks around! Dr Riley is great!!

Dr. Cara is both professional and warmly friendly. She really cares about her patients. She makes herself available by phone or short notice visit if her patients are really sick. Aside from being a doctor, she is a delightful person to talk to. I'm very lucky to have found her!

The last 2 visits; 1 for blood draw, 1 for annual followup. Wait times were 30 minutes. For the blood draw the receptionist came out and explained they were late and would we like some water while we waited. Very considerate.For the annual, again an almost 30 minute wait. And a wait once in the exam room. This is the first time I have experienced wait times at this clinic.The entire clinic was extremely warm both visits. I expressed concern over heat. Dr agreed, but they seemed to have a problem with the regulation. They were bringing out little fans at the receptionist area. Not good to be in for bp check and have the heat so extreme.

Wait time was a bit long, that being said, I'd rather have them take all the time they need with others then rush any patient due to time constraints.

Dr Riley is a fantastic addition to Family Medical Group! She has a unique, friendly way of phrasing things about the ongoing care/medical evaluation that is warm and supportive; for example, rather than say "your baby has met their birth weight, which was the goal today" she says (talking directly to baby) "oh good job! You've already passed your birth weight and you're just [age removed]!!" Rather than say "I'm just taking another look at the retinal reflex", she says "oh silly baby! You're just trying to hide from me!" Call it southern charm or something different, but her friendly way of talking the family through the exam process makes one feel at ease of the process, and removes any defensiveness on the part of the patient or family.

Dr Riley was very sweet, she listened to me and answered every question I had, she seemed very concerned about some of my problems and really lisned to what I had to say. I want to keep her always as my primary care physician.

My visit was initially an Annual Wellness but due to 2 ER visits related to sudden onset sciatica it was changed to an ER follow-up. Dr. Riley was phenomenal in identifying next course of action needed. MRI ordered, referral made to a neurosurgeon. The ball is rolling to fix the problem which is causing huge amounts of pain.

THIS WAS THE FIRST APPOINTMENT I HAD WITH HER. AFTER THE APPOINTMENT I AM HOPING WE CAN HAVE A GOOD AND RESPECTFUL RELATIONSHIP. SHE SEEMED TO LISTEN .

Appointment rescheduled twice. Second time I was already on my way to the appointment. They agreed to fit me in. I waited in the room for about 90 minutes. Did not feel like the doctor heard my concerns about pain in my arm radiating to my hand. Ordered x Ray. I went to hospital for the X-ray to find out she never called it in. Called and waited on hold. Ten I had to call back and ask them to have her redo the order for the correct arm. X-ray of my shoulder but never the arm. Then went to pharmacy, twice to pick up prescription. Never sent it in. Called the office both times. Sat on hold one time long enough for them to go in lunch and have my call transferred to the other clinic. Went back to the pharmacy the next day, still not there. Called again, sat on hold. Assured she would get the message. I find out 40 minutes before my pharmacy closes for the weekend they had to have another doctor try and determine what meds to prescribe due to no notes from the provider. The results from the X-ray of my shoulder that was not hurting seemed to read as if there were no significant issues. Results from doctor the following week stated significant issues and that PT was required. Again, my shoulder is not hurting. Never received any apologies from the doctor for the fiasco they put me through the day of the appointment or following day. I did not feel heard or respected. I felt forgotten and certainly not respected.

This provider was amazing! My last experience at this clinic was with an NP and it wasnt good. She renewed my faith in sticking with this clinic.

Dr. Riley was welcoming and friendly. She explained my ongoing cold systems in a clever way with a great analogy. And...she prescribed me some medicine that really works.
