I realize it was an just an annual check up but he didn't have much to say. I would have liked some kind of comment on my condition. Maybe some advice going forward.

I am very pleased with Dr. Daly and his staff. The one complaint I have is about scheduling the appointment. I have called as soon as I got an email to schedule the last two years and was not able to get an appointment in June. I live in two different states and therefore can not have my appointments getting pushed back. If they get pushed back I won't be here or there may not be time to get any follow up work done. You need to send the emails earlier when the schedule is open. This is why I fired my previous cardiologist.

Front desk receptionists were having an argument in front of me & another patient. MA was very professional and good at her tasks.

No one acknowledged I was in the office. I stood at the front desk for 5 to 10 minutes, everyone was busy working on something else. They could have at least said hello, we will be right with you. Instead they just ingnored me until, two clerks looked at each other to decide who would help me. I understand people are busy, but this is would have been taught in receptionist 101 school. Just thought you should know. Cardiologists If you can get an appointment.

Dr. Daly was very professional, patient & courteous. Sometimes I don't understand right away and dr. took the time to discuss my condition, health & medications.

I actually look forward to my visits with Dr Daly. He is easy to talk to and explains everything in terms I can easily relate to. As far as I'm concerned he is the "best of the best".

It is evident that this doctor has too many patients. After 2 years he still doesn't know me or care about me.
