About Me:

Dr. Evans is a board certified physician in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology. He has specialized training in minimally invasive procedures for the treatment of coronary and vascular disease. In the clinic, Dr. Evans enjoys understanding and solving complex problems involving the cardiovascular system. For Dr. Evans, working with patients, along with their families and support systems to achieve a healthy cardiovascular system is the most rewarding part of his practice. He is honored to be a part of their journey. Outside of the hospital, Dr. Evans enjoys daily physical activity, walking nearly every day, with family, co workers or friends, rain or shine, trying to do just a bit better each day. Music, food, photography (with an eye toward nature and landscape), social issues, family and friends are very important to Dr. Evans.

Patient Rating

Legacy wants every patient to have great care, every time. To help measure and improve patient satisfaction, we send surveys to randomly selected patients after their appointments. We use this feedback from the surveys to improve and enhance the care we offer. It works like this: Real patients give us feedback through Press Ganey, a patient satisfaction survey company. They verify and confirm the results. National Research Corporation, an independent company, provides the technology to show the ratings and comments on our website

setting in the entryway of the building for a return ride home, the auto door was chilly. no other seating availablefor me to see if my ride had pulled upand of course the A/C was going throughout the building while raining and windy outside. Needed address of "building 1 " clearer on front of ententryway, so driver and patient would recognize the correct place easier. Was pleased to have covid checker at entry door.and everyone wearing their masked. staff or employees were not checked going in or out of building.Other than that, it was a good experience. thankyou.

Dr. Evans was professional and very personable. He had reviewed my chart and was aware of my past cardiac tests/procedures as well as my recent EKG. He listened and then recommended a plan of action. He encouraged me to exercise with no judgment attached. I needed that. I was very impressed with Dr. Evans and am very pleased that he is my cardiologist.

It was a very good and informative visit. This was an introductory meeting with my new cardiologist, as my previous Dr. doesn't see patients at this office any longer.

Dr. Evans did not know anything about me, or my heart failure.
